Las fuerzas de Seguridad encontraron el cuerpo sin vida de IVANA MODICA , a quien buscaban intensamente desde el día viernes, tras la realización de la denuncia por desaparición, presentada por su ex pareja, JAVIER GALVAN, quien se declaro posteriormente, culpable del Femicidio y actualmente se encuentra detenido por las fuerzas policiales.

Según refieren, los medios locales de la provincia vecina de Córdoba, una vez realizada la declaración de su ex pareja, los grupos especiales de la Policía y con la colaboración de los bomberos, pudieron hallar el cadáver en el lugar señalado por GALVAN. Cabe destacar que ya existía con anterioridad una denuncia por violencia de genero, realizada por Modica, que le impedía el acercamiento.

Sin duda venimos transitando diferentes hechos similares en todo el territorio nacional, lo que nos hace suponer que las políticas implementadas para resguardar la integridad y la vida , no son efectivas, rápidas , y suficientes para terminar con la violencia de genero.
