Formosa: un pueblo harto sale a la calle a desafiar la represión
A pesar de dictar la vuelta a Fase I de la cuarentena, la ciudadanía salió masivamente a la calle a decir “basta”
Formosa es la foto que mejor describe a este cuarto gobierno kirchnerista, cargado de autoritarismo, indecisión y atropello de todos los derechos de los que se supone, gozamos los ciudadanos de una democracia. Y no es solo Gildo Insfrán, sino todo un sistema que discurre entre una superioridad moral discursiva y una mediocridad general en la acción de gobierno.
Lo de Insfrán no tiene palabras, ordenó (porque quien ordena una represión es la política) la represión de un pueblo que viene diciéndole basta a los atropellos, a los centros clandestinos de detención y a la vuelta a una Fase I, que no tiene mucha lógica en una provincia dónde la cantidad de casos son muy bajos.
Por eso salió el pueblo, a marcar presencia, a no dejarse avasallar. Y lo hizo pacíficamente, sin necesidad de destruir plazas o monumentos para tirar piedras o sin prender fuego nada, como se suele ver en otro tipo de manifestaciones en Argentina. Así y todo, con una violencia inusitada el ejecutivo provincial ordenó la represión y la detención ilegal de un montón de ciudadanos de los cuales, hasta anoche, nada se sabía.
Los métodos del kirchnerismo formoseño no son ni más ni menos que los de la dictadura de Videla. Por eso el silencio de un gobierno que necesita de la alianza con el tirano Insfrán, incluso, es tal el nivel de disciplinamiento interno, que ninguno de los organismos de Derechos Humanos salió a condenar públicamente los graves hechos que sucedían en Formosa. El alineamiento es tal que el silencio es complicidad.
Pero los hechos, que son de público conocimiento nos dejan al menos, tres reflexiones que son importantes para comprender el país que se viene por delante. Las imágenes y las respuestas que se dieron, hablan por si solas, pero un análisis más profundo revela la profundidad de la crisis que se vive hoy en el país.
En lo político, una coalición de gobierno, cuya construcción discursiva está devaluada y en franco retroceso. El vacunagate y la represión de ayer pusieron en evidencia que “la patria no es el otro”, no “volvieron mejores”, y que están dispuestos a hacer lo que sea para sostenerse en el poder. Hay formas y formas de desligar responsabilidades, pero lo de ayer fue realmente vergonzoso, mandando a Pietragalla, el Secretario de Derechos Humanos, a decir que todo era una campaña de desprestigio contra Insfrán organizada por los medios hegemónicos. Un verdadero dislate discursivo y que marca el punto de lo que son capaces de hacer y decir, lo cual representa un verdadero peligro para la democracia.
Un segundo punto de reflexión es el rol que tuvieron los organismos de DD.HH.: el silencio más absoluto. Revelando de está manera no sólo un alineamiento partidario, sino que ayer hemos asistido al total derrumbe moral de estos organismos, y tenemos que tener en claro que, desde hoy, no son más ni menos que ONGs al servicio de un proyecto político. En Argentina ya no hay organismos autónomos que cuiden los derechos humanos, sino que habrá que denunciar internacionalmente lo que sucede en el país. Lamentablemente, quienes supieron construir un prestigio internacional por los crímenes de la dictadura, hoy se han convertido en cómplices.
Y no es la primera vez, sólo que algo ha cambiado radicalmente, ya que se animaron no sólo a reprimir sino a desaparecer personas durante horas, y contaron con el total silencio de todos, absolutamente todos los organismos. Por eso han perdido ese carácter de “reserva” moral que le atribuía el kirchnerismo, y se han ganado un lugar como guardia pretoriana de un régimen violento y autoritario.
Por último, una reflexión no menor es la respuesta de la gente. Qué es en definitiva lo que importa cuando suceden estas cosas. Los formoseños, a pesar de la represión y el dictado de la norma de vuelta a Fase I, salieron masivamente a las calles a decir “basta”, a pararse de manos contra un régimen que ha pisoteado sus derechos desde hace décadas, y que hoy se cristaliza más que nunca y toma estado público con repercusiones a nivel nacional e internacional.
La gente desafió a Insfrán, así como en el 2001 la gente desafió a De La Rúa cuando impuso el toque de queda y salió a la calle, anoche podían verse imágenes de negocios abiertos y gente en las plazas manifestando y paseando. En Formosa ya no hay miedo, y eso está aterrando a un gobierno no solo provincial, sino también al gobierno nacional porque algo se ha roto, y ya no alcanza con el discurso y la amenaza. De aquí para adelante, y en un año electoral, la escalada de violencia puede ser la norma si el ejecutivo insiste en llevarse puesta las garantías y los derechos constitucionales que son propiedad de todos los argentinos y no de una coalición de gobierno.
