La carrera será el 27 de marzo y estará a cargo de la Federación Atlética Sanluiseña, bajo supervisión de la Confederación Argentina de Atletismo. Inscripciones hasta el 23 de marzo.

Créditos: Programa Deportes.

Este 27 de marzo se correrá la Media Maratón de San Luis, que tendrá lugar en la capital provincial. Quienes corran podrán elegir entre las modalidades 21k y 10k. También participar personas con discapacidad: la carrera será de 5km para ellos.

El Programa Deportes puntano estará a cargo de auspiciar el evento. También se ocupará del protocolo sanitario, logística, recorridos y la premiación. Se espera que la carrera sea un éxito, aunque pondrán importancia en la seguridad de quienes participen del evento: es por eso que se les pedirá a los corredores un PCR negativo previo a correr. Por los mismos motivos, la carrera será en un circuito cerrado. Los horarios de largada también serán separados según distancia y categorías, para evitar aglomeraciones humanas.

Cintia Ramírez, Jefa del Programa Deportes, manifestó: “Este será un año histórico para el atletismo de San Luis, ya que, además de esta Media Maratón, en breve comenzará la construcción de la pista sintética con la que tanto soñaron los atletas puntanos”.

La inscripción costará $600 para la Media Maratón y $500 para los 10K. En cambio, la carrera adaptada para atletas con discapacidad será gratuita y con categoría única. El viernes 26 de marzo los corredores recibirán el kit, que incluye una remera oficial de la competencia, el número del corredor y un chip electrónico.

Para los ganadores habrá títulos oficiales -siempre que el corredor este federado- y dinero en efectivo. Serán premiados los ganadores de cada distancia, y los mejores puntanos en cada carrera. A continuación, el recorrido:

Tanto la largada como la llegada serán en Terrazas del Portezuelo. Los atletas pasarán por la obra del Nuevo Hospital Central “Ramón Carrillo”, avenida circunvalación “Eva Perón”, las avenidas Lafinur y Santos Ortíz, y calle Sarmiento. Desde allí llegarán nuevamente hasta la avenida circunvalación “Eva Perón” para retomar hacia la Casa de Gobierno.
