Mediante un decreto publicado por el Gobierno Nacional en el Boletín Oficial, quedó reglamentada la Ley 27.615 que establece «el derecho a percibir por única vez un beneficio extraordinario de carácter económico por grupo familiar».

44 fueron los fallecidos en la tragedia que conmovió a todo el país.

El Gobierno nacional promulgó la ley que permitirá la indemnización de las familias de los tripulantes fallecidos. El pago será único y extraordinario. La medida hace efectiva la Ley Nº 27.615, aprobada por el Congreso Nacional el 24 de febrero pasado: establece «el derecho a percibir por única vez un beneficio extraordinario de carácter económico por grupo familiar».

El beneficio «será equivalente a la remuneración mensual de los y las agentes de nivel A, grado O del Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo Sectorial del Personal del Sistema Nacional de Empleo Público (SINEP)», según anuncia el decreto.

El comunicado añade que la indemnización estará exenta de gravámenes. También estarán exentas de tasas las tramitaciones judiciales o administrativas en jurisdicción nacional que tuvieren por finalidad la acreditación de los requisitos previstos» para recibirla.
