Pandemia: avanza la “segunda ola” y cada cual atiende su juego

Mientras la ministra de Salud de la Nación, Carla Vizzotti, arma una reunión con todos los ministros de salud de cada jurisdicción, y sale a llevar tranquilidad a la población, y explicar que se va a trabajar sobre el cuidado, el distanciamiento, y la restricción del turismo, pero que se descartaba una cuarentena total, el viceministro bonaerense, Nicolás Kreplak, no descarta nada, y la sensación es que cada uno atiende su juego. Por un lado, se intenta dar un mensaje unificado, con lineamientos para todos, pero, por otro lado, cada uno dice en los medios lo que le parece, y esto trae mayor incertidumbre a una población que viene bastante golpeada por la crisis generada por la cuarentena.
La realidad que marca hoy la agenda sanitaria es la política, en un año electoral, cada cosa que se dice tiene una lectura, y cada distrito tiene sus propios problemas e intereses con los que lidiar. Pero si hay algo en lo que debiera haber acuerdo en las autoridades políticas es la estrategia sanitaria que se va a implementar durante este año.
Nicolás kreplak, viceministro de Salud de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, dijo en radio La red que esperaba no tener que recomendar una cuarentena masiva para la provincia. Algo que va a contrapelo de lo que dijo Vizzotti apenas unos días atrás. Es cierto que uno puede esperar que haya cierres parcializados, sin embargo, la falta de una estrategia nacional generó muchos conflictos durante 2020 para quienes tenían que circular por trabajo o salud de una provincia a otra.
Si es cierto que algo se aprendió de un año a otro, además de que la cuarentena en sí misma no detuvo los casos, es la necesidad de una política sanitaria coordinada clara, concisa y que de tranquilidad a todos los ciudadanos. Mientras avanza la vacunación, y la población de riesgo se inmuniza, lo mejor que pueden ofrecernos todos los gobiernos, del signo que sean, es la certeza de que nuestras actividades se van a realizar normalmente, teniendo en cuenta los protocolos como se usan hoy día, en dónde se respetan a rajatabla en todas las actividades laborales y sociales habilitadas.
Los discursos contrapuestos, como el de Kreplak, además de generar incertidumbre, dan la idea de que no hay coordinación, y que cada uno atiende su juego y sus intereses. Es un año electoral, y las chances del oficialismo estarán no sólo en el éxito final de como se gestionó la pandemia, sino en la imagen de un gobierno que sabe a dónde quiere conducir el barco, y que todos los marineros reman para el mismo lado.
