Caso «Bebo» Ochoa: una muerte cruel envuelta en misterio

El trabajador rural fue encontrado sin vida el viernes por la tarde, en una construcción situada en «La Cañada». El cuerpo registraba signos de tortura.

Triste final para Alejandro «Bebo» Ochoa: tras ser secuestrado por dos sujetos fue encontrado sin vida seis días después. El cuerpo fue hallado en la zona de «La Cañada», aledaña a la ruta provincial N°1.

El cadáver fue reconocido por Fernando, hermano de la víctima. La autopsia preliminar quedó a cargo del doctor Gustavo Lafourcade. En el informe médico se asegura que Ochoa «estaba en estado de descomposición, que había sido mutilado, que tenía una mordaza de tela ceñida a la boca anudada por detrás y otra en el cuello. En éste último, observó una herida cortante que compromete totalmente la tráquea y grandes vasos sanguíneos». Alejandro presentaba lesiones en el rostro, zona dorsal, tórax, abdomen, extremidades superiores e inferiores.

Luego de practicar la autopsia en Villa Mercedes el cuerpo fue devuelto ayer a sus familiares, quienes lo velarán hoy en el Salón Municipal de Cortaderas. Desde el municipio decretaron 3 días de duelo en un pueblo consternado ante la perdida de uno de sus vecinos.

El cuerpo fue hallado en la dirección señalada por el testigo principal.

La polémica surgió cuando participantes del rastrillaje aseveraron que la zona había sido registrada al menos dos veces. Ochoa fue encontrado debajo de un árbol al lado de una obra. Sin embargo, en el quincho que se encontraba en frente había rastros de sangre.

El cadáver tenía al menos 5 días en ese estado, y resulta extraño que no haya sido encontrado previamente en ese lugar. En consecuencia, la jueza Patricia Besso intentará averiguar si hubo movimiento de albañiles en la obra sede del crudo hallazgo.

En cuanto a la causa, se cambió la carátula delictiva a «privación ilegítima de la libertad seguida de muerte”. En la vivienda rural de Ochoa, de donde fue sustraído, encontraron plantas de marihuana. Al consultarle si el hallazgo podría abrir líneas de investigación la jueza afirmó que no descartarán investigar en ese sentido.
