Paro de trabajadores municipales en Concarán

Los empleados resolvieron ir a paro durante 48 horas. La medida podría extenderse de no obtener respuestas desde el municipio.

Este jueves los trabajadores municipales de Concarán se reunieron con el Consejo Directivo Provincial de ATE. El motivo es el pedido de mejoras laborales para los empleados: solicitan mejores condiciones de trabajo, un aumento salarial y elementos de bioseguridad.

Los trabajadores convocados se quejaron de la precarización en la que tienen que desarrollar sus labores. Asimismo, sostuvieron haber recibido malos tratos debido a su afiliación gremial. Es por eso que se anunció el estado de asamblea permanente y el cese temporal de colaboración con el municipio.

El paro comenzará mañana viernes, aunque si no se obtiene una respuesta oficial podría extenderse.

El Secretario General de ATE San Luis, Fernando Gatica, informó que las solicitudes fueron presentadas el día lunes y miércoles de esta semana. En ellas, el gremio que se diera marcha atrás con los traslados arbitrarios que sufren los empleados sindicalizados. En este sentido, sostuvo: «es una clara herramienta de castigo y discriminación».
