Femicidio en Los Toldos: el acusado se negó a declarar

Analía Maldonado fue asesinada este domingo en General Viamonte -Buenos Aires-. Imputan al acusado de robarle US$1500 y $200 mil.

Otra mujer asesinada en nuestro país: la horrorosa estadística afirma que en el primer trimestre del año fueron asesinadas 70 mujeres. En esta ocasión, se trató de una mujer de 40 años llamada Analía Maldonado. Su cuerpo fue hallado en General Viamonte, donde vio la muerte este domingo.

El cuerpo de Analía fue encontrado parcialmente calcinado a unos kilómetros del casco urbano de Los Toldos. La autopsia reveló cómo fue la muerte: primero la estrangularon y luego fue quemada. Para la Justicia Analía falleció antes de ser incinerada, ya que no había humo en la tráquea.

El acusado del femicidio de Analía es Samuel Llanos: está imputado por homicidio agravado por el vínculo, por resultar víctima una mujer, y por robo. Cómo se negó a declarar, el fiscal José Alvite Galante decidió que permanezca detenido en la Unidad Penal 49 de Junín.

Desde la justicia ya solicitaron formalizar la Privación de Libertad de Llanos. Además del homicidio, lo acusaron de robarle dinero a la víctima: de momento el dinero no fue encontrado.

Tras hallar el cuerpo de la víctima, la Policía encontró al fisicoculturista en un hotel de Luján. Encontraron que Llanos ya poseía antecedentes: en 2010 una mujer lo denunció por lesiones leves. En 2012 fue acusado por hurto. Además, lo acusaron de violencia de género en 2012, 2016 y 2017.
