La Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte elevó el primer informe sobre el accidente donde murió Mario Meoni
Tras el accidente fatal del Ministro de Transporte, la investigación sacó a la luz las primeras certezas sobre lo ocurrido.
El pasado viernes, cerca de las 22:00, el Ministro de Transporte nacional falleció tras chocar en Ruta 7. Según relatan sus allegados, Meoni viajaba a su Junín natal para pasar unos días en familia.
La muerte fue noticia en todo el país. Sin embargo, poco había de casualidad en el siniestro: en su etapa como Intendente de Junín, Meoni hacía referencia a lo peligrosa que es la Ruta 7 en el tramo que une el noroeste bonaerense con CABA.
Para tener más detalles del suceso, la Junta de Seguridad en el Transporte -JST- dio a conocer el primer informe sobre el accidente. El organismo describió el impacto de la siguiente manera: “el vehículo ingresó al cantero central de la autovía, chocando luego su sector lateral izquierdo medio contra el extremo de una defensa metálica flexible”.
Luego, añadió: “A raíz del impacto, se produjo una desaceleración repentina del vehículo, provocando el vuelco y culminando su trayectoria posterior al impacto en el cantero central de la vía, apoyado sobre el techo y con su frente de avance orientado hacia el cardinal noroeste”.
Previamente la JST había hecho un relevamiento en el lugar, aunque no descartan volver a hacerlo en caso de ser necesario. El trabajo de campo incluyó la toma de imágenes, mediciones, evaluaciones del terreno y condiciones climáticas, entre otros.
Sobre el vehículo: se confirmó que el Ford Mondeo, patente AE759AO, en el que circulaba Meoni era un vehículo oficial del Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación y de Trenes Argentinos.
