Declararon dos alumnos del profesor de básquet acusado de abusar una menor

Ambos testigos son mayores de edad y fueron propuestos por el abogado defensor, Matías Farinazzo Tempestini. Víctor Figueroa fue acusado de abusar de una niña de 6 años.

Luego de que la familia querellante presentara evidencias casi condenatorias para el profesor de básquet radicado en Villa Mercedes, ahora fue la defensa quien llevó al estrado dos testigos.

Los dos jóvenes que declararon a favor de Figueroa comenzaron a entrenar con el mismo desde que fue contratado en el Club Sociedad Italiana. Los mismos dieron detalles sobre los horarios de entrada y salida de Figueroa. Asimismo, declararon que nunca observaron movimientos extraños por parte del profesor.

Sin embargo, los antecedentes no ayudan al acusado: ya registra cuatro denuncias previas por abusos sexual. Además, la pequeña de 6 años fue sometida a una inspección ocular en el club donde habrían ocurrido los hechos y los resultados fueron concluyentes.

La niña también pasó por la Cámara Gesell, utilizada en casos de abuso infantil. El diagnóstico psicológico también indica que la niña fue abusada por Figueroa.

Actualmente la Justicia imputó a Figueroa bajo la causa «Abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante, calificado por ser encargado de la guarda o educación». Se espera que la defensa presente más testigos en los próximos días, aunque no han fijado fecha para nuevas audiencias.
