¿Y la justicia para Bebo donde está?

A un mes de ser hallado sin vida, la causa que investiga el violento asesinato de Alejandro «Bebo» Ochoa sigue sin arrojar resultados. Sus seres queridos se manifestaron exigiendo justicia.

Familiares y amigos de «Bebo» Ochoa se reunieron a un mes de que fuera hallado sin vida y torturado. 30 días de incertidumbre trascurrieron, en los que sus torturadores y asesinos circulan de forma impune.

Este fin de semana los allegados del productor asesinado colocaron carteles en la Ruta N°1 para visibilizar la causa y evitar que quede encajonada eternamente. Bajo lemas como «Sin justicia no hay paz» y «Justicia demorada es Justicia denegada», los amigos y parientes de «Bebo» manifiestan su descontento. Todo un pueblo busca conocer los motivos que llevaron a este trabajador rural a su triste final.

Asimismo, la familia aseguró que fue el juzgado quien le pidió no convocarse a protestar. Sin embargo, ya pasó más de un mes y la investigación no aportó novedades. Desde el lado de la víctima consideran haber esperado un tiempo prudencial, aunque temen que la causa quede en la nada.

El caso

La última vez que vieron con vida a Alejandro «Bebo» Ochoa fue el 27 de marzo. Dos testigos de la causa, amigos del fallecido, relataron como habían reducido y secuestrado desde su domicilio a Ochoa. Tras intensos rastrillajes de la zona, la Justicia encontró a Alejandro en una obra en construcción del paraje El Adobe.

El fallecido fue encontrado bajo un árbol, con claros signos de violencia pre mortem. Hubo polémica ya que señalaban que el lugar había sido rastrillado previamente, y se investigó si hubo movimiento de albañiles. Sin embargo, la justicia no comunicó nada y las dudas son las mismas que el día en que lo encontraron.

Según la autopsia Ochoa murió de forma violenta, luego de ser torturado por sus asesinos. Una mordaza envolvía su boca anudada por detrás y otra en el cuello, sus genitales habían sido mutilados y tenía diversas heridas punzocortantes en el cuerpo. Además, los asesinos seccionaron la tráquea de «Bebo», que sufrió de una hemorragia y falleció asfixiado.

La causa está a cargo de la jueza Patricia Besso, que caratuló el delito como “privación ilegítima de la libertad seguida de muerte”. Sus seres queridos y los vecinos de Cortaderas aún esperan que la investigación arroje información, y que se haga justicia por «Bebo».
