Denunciaron a un policía provincial por abusar a una menor de edad

El hecho fue denunciado en la Comisaría 38°. El efectivo fue pasado a disponibilidad.

Un policía de nuestra provincia recibió una denuncia penal: en la misma se lo acusa de haber abusado de una menor de edad. La misma pareja del acusado fue quien radicó la denuncia en la Comisaría 38° de San Luis.

En consecuencia, el Jefe de la Policía de la Provincia de San Luis, Darío Neira, solicitó el pase a disponibilidad del efectivo y la retención de su arma reglamentaria. Según explicaron, el objetivo de la medida es deslindar a la fuerza de responsabilidades en la conducta del efectivo denunciado.

La investigación corre por el Juzgado Penal N° 2 de San Luis, a cargo del Juez Ariel Gustavo Parrilli.
