Los trabajadores y la empresa destrabaron el conflicto y tras 32 días de huelga vuelven a producir en Villa Mercedes.
200 trabajadores volverán a su trabajo en la fábrica de Dánica, radicada hace 32 años en Villa Mercedes. 32 días duró la huelga de los trabajadores, que finalmente se destrabó en las últimas horas. Afirman que el gobierno provincial tuvo una participación activa en la resolución del conflicto a través de su Programa de Relaciones Laborales.
Juan José Domínguez, secretario general del gremio aceitero SOEAD, afirmó: “Dánica seguirá trabajando en Villa Mercedes, no solo se acordó la continuación de la totalidad de los empleados, sino que se logró que se respete el convenio colectivo de trabajo 42.005 de Aceiteros”.
La planta emplea a 105 operarios en línea de producción, de 25 a 30 administrativos y supervisores. También trabajan allí otros trabajadores vinculados que prestan servicios de remís, seguridad privada, comida y limpieza. Domínguez afirmó que entre directos e indirectos, Dánica da trabajo a unos 200 trabajadores. Serían unas 130 familias beneficiadas.
El establecimiento había cerrado sus puertas el 18 de abril pasado, cuando la empresa AVEX afirmó que no habían podido reconducir el conflicto que llevaba a cabo el gremio aceitero. El aparente motivo del cierre fue «la homologación de la paritaria de aceiteros, que establece un incremento salarial del 70%».
Sin embargo, Domínguez desmintió la versión de AVEX al decir que ninguna petición firmada por Aceiteros habló de un aumento del 70%. Explicó que los aumentos acumulados fueron graduales y datan desde el año pasado. El jefe del Programa Relaciones Laborales, Maximiliano Giménez, recordó que el conflicto inició en febrero y ambas partes fueron a audiencias para encontrar una solución.
