Conmoción por el asesinato de Johana Galdeano

La mujer murió desangrada luego de recibir tres disparos de parte de su pareja, el sindicalista Juan Carlos Solalinde. Hubo indagatorias y marchas para pedir justicia.

Johana tenía 28 años y había escrachado a su pareja por violento.

Poco más de dos meses habían pasado desde que Johana Galdeano se separó de Juan Carlos Solalinde, representante de UOCRA San Luis. Los cercanos a Johana afirman que durante su relación con el hombre de 45 años fue víctima de violencia de género. Ella no denunció, pero tampoco silenció su verdad: decidió escrachar al golpeador en su galpón.

Con un aerosol, la víctima escribió «Solalinde golpeador, delincuente, tránsfuga» en una de las paredes de un galpón del sindicalista. Según trascendió, el historial de violencia del imputado es conocido y extenso en Villa Mercedes.

El pasado miércoles, Johana y su ex marido se encontraron en el galpón donde lo había delatado. A la hora de la siesta comenzaron a discutir, hasta que Solalinde sacó un arma calibre 38: le propinó 3 disparos a Johana y escapó.

Una hora después, el asesino se presentó en la Comisaría 8va de Villa Mercedes, confesando que mató a su ex esposa. Solalinde entregó el arma homicida, que traía consigo.

La forense Alba Pereyra examinó el cuerpo de Johana y su diagnóstico fue concluyente: murió desangrada por los disparos.

La indagatoria

Ayer jueves, Solalinde se presentó en el juzgado por la tarde. La jueza natural del caso era Mirta Ucelay, aunque debió aislarse por un contacto estrecho de Covid-19. En su lugar asumió el Juez Leandro Estrada.

El sindicalista explicó que había recibido varios llamados de Johana, pero él le dijo que no quería ser molestado. Luego, confesó que la mujer se presentó a su domicilio con un cuchillo para amenazarlo: este elemento fue encontrado en la mano de la víctima por el equipo forense.

En relación a los disparos, sostuvo que solo gatilló una vez a los pies de la víctima para asustarla, y que desconoce de donde salieron las otras heridas por arma de fuego. En su testimonio, Solalinde dijo que luego de ese primer disparo entró en shock y no recuerda más nada.

Por el momento, el sindicalista está acusado de «Homicidio doblemente calificado»: es condenable con cadena perpetua. Sin embargo, la defensa pidió la prorroga de ocho días para diligencias y adjuntar pruebas que beneficien a Solalinde.

El dolor de una ciudad

Consternados ante lo ocurrido, vecinos de Villa Mercedes se movilizaron ayer por la tarde para reclamar justicia por Johana.

En plaza San Martín de Villa Mercedes y en plaza Pringles de San Luis, una multitud salió a expresar la indignación, el enojo y el hartazgo. Familiares, vecinos y amigos de Johana salieron a la calle a expresar su odio por la perdida de esta joven de 28 años.

Ante la violencia perpetrada hacia Johana el pedido es uno: que el peso de la ley esté a la altura.
