INEPTOS: Una nota de opinión de Claudia Rocha
Por mucho tiempo parecía lejano como el Coronavirus podía impactar en nuestras vidas. Sin embargo, la recrudecida pandemia lastima a gran cantidad de familias puntanas.
Aquellas realidades que el año pasado parecían distantes hoy son directamente perceptibles. La muerte, otrora lejana e imposible, golpea la puerta de cientos de familias puntanas.
Esa misma suerte le tocó a Claudia Rocha, quien hace días despidió a su compañero de vida, Néstor Santos Nobile. La misma Claudia redactó un breve escrito, donde señala los errores de gestión sanitaria que desencadenaron el actual estado de cosas. Para la valiente mujer, la salida de la pandemia es política, y precisa de la memoria y el compromiso.
Bajo estas líneas, les compartimos el escrito que realizó:
Cuando se toma la decisión de hacer política de cualquier tipo, uno se enfrenta todos los días a la toma de decisiones, por eso la política debe ser previsión y estrategia. Los que deciden ejercer cargos públicos saben que la vida y el patrimonio de los ciudadanos están en sus manos, por ende la ineptitud a la hora de ejercer un cargo acarrea consecuencias muy negativas, como las que estamos viviendo.
El Gobierno Nacional que encabezan Alberto Fernández y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner tiene a su cargo la gestión de la pandemia, la previsión de sus consecuencias, la estrategia de como combatirla. La ineptitud demostrada espanta y los muertos se acumulan, hoy llegamos a los 77.000.-
¿Por qué ineptitud? Es sencillo, es claro, es irrefutable. Primero minimizaron la situación con un Ministro claramente inepto, que dijo que el virus no iba a llegar y que el dengue era peor que el Coronavirus. Después por algún “Misterio” no pudo comprar una de las vacunas más efectivas (Pfizer), rechazaron la vacuna de COVAX y además cerraron contratos con empresarios que incumplieron (AstraZeneca).
Finalmente llego la segunda ola, sabían que vendría, no previeron, no tuvieron estrategia, solo confinamientos inútiles, cansancio social y agudización de la pobreza a escalas impensadas. Lo vemos cada día que trabajamos en nuestra querida Fundación Elvira Rawson en el Barrio 9 de Julio.
La gran mayoría de las muertes de la segunda ola por COVID-19 en la Argentina eran evitables, sólo con haber cumplido con lo que prometieron: tener más de la mitad de la población vacunada para diciembre de 2020.
A mí me falta Néstor, un hombre de 54 años, sano, en el mejor momento de su vida personal y familiar, lleno de proyectos, sueños, mi hermano de la vida, mi amigo, mi socio, se lo llevo la ineptitud de quienes decidieron ocupar cargos para gestionar en beneficio de todos. Debíamos, testear, aislar y vacunar, nada de esto se hizo ni bien, ni a tiempo, y el precio son miles de muertos.
No quiero mirar para otro lado, ser indiferente. No me interesa caer en grietas, peleas o discusiones estériles. Sí tengo que decir que nos dijeron que iban a haber vacunas, que iban a cuidarnos. Me pregunto: ¿Nos mintieron? Al menos tengo que ratificar que son INEPTOS ya que, aunque quisieran, no lo podrían haber hecho mejor, principalmente porque están llenos de prejuicios ideológicos y de clase, están llenos de resentimientos, llenos de internas palaciegas.
Hoy Néstor debería estar disfrutando su familia, sus amigos y su muerte trajo la muerte inmediata de su padre de tristeza. Hay miles de historias iguales y más dramáticas aún en la Argentina. Mi pregunta: ¿se van a hacer cargo? Porque el inepto, además, es indolente.
Estoy convencida que la solución está en la política, por eso es hora de que no mires para otro lado, que no te resignes a que la pandemia se haya llevado a un ser querido y que no pase nada. Han fallado, nos han fallado, dentro de unos cuantos meses esto habrá pasado y tendremos la tendencia al olvido, a la justificación. Espero que no sea así, espero que recordemos, que nuestros muertos nos duelan al punto que no convalidemos más ineptos en ninguna parte. No vamos a olvidar a Néstor, voy a proponer, debatir y cuestionar hasta el final, para que estas muertes no sean en vano. Eso espero, y depende sólo de nosotros.
