Solicitaron reconstruir el femicidio de Johana Galdeano
Desde hace días se sospecha que la escena fue plantada. La querella solicitó la reconstrucción de los hechos que terminaron en la muerte de la mujer de 28 años.
El asesinato de Johana Galdeano a mano del sindicalista Juan Carlos Solalinde no estuvo exento de polémicas. A las marchas y los pedidos de justicia en las grandes ciudades de la provincia, se le sumó una sospecha: todo indica que la escena fue plantada.
Gastón Yllera, el abogado que representa a los querellantes, solicitó una reconstrucción de la escena. Según el jurista, la misma podría confirmar una doble presunción: que Johana fue asesinada en el exterior del galpón donde la hallaron, y que el cuchillo que encontraron en su mano fue colocado una vez muerta.
Yllera y su colega, Leticia Latini, creen que el arma blanca que tenía Johana podría haber sido plantada por Solalinde. Eso le habría permitido al representate de UOCRA justificar los disparos, alegando que la joven intentó atacarlo con el cuchillo. Ese fue el relato que el femicida contó al momento de entregarse junto con su arma.
Yllera manifestó: “Todos los indicios que se recaban hasta el momento permiten inferir que Johana habría recibido los impactos y habría fallecido en la vereda, y que la escena del crimen habría sido modificada de forma notable, ya que el cuerpo habría sido movido. Por eso hemos pedido una reconstrucción, a los fines de despejar todas las dudas y establecer el lugar exacto en el que Johana fue atacada”.
Los hallazgos incriminatorios
Las pericias encontraron particularidades que hacen inconsistente la versión de Solalinde. En este sentido, Yllera explicó: “Las manchas hemáticas estaban en la vereda -y eran importantes, tomando en cuenta que murió por una gran pérdida de sangre- y no en el sector donde hallaron el cadáver. Este, además, tenía marcas de arrastre y gramilla en la ropa, cuestión que no condice con el material del sector donde se lo encontró”.
También hay disonancias en torno a los disparos: Solalinde admitió haber disparado una sola vez, hacia el piso. Sin embargo, en el cuerpo de Johana encontraron 5 orificios de bala, en la zona del torso y el rostro.
Otro hallazgo de las pericias es la similitud entre el cuchillo que tenía Johana y los que secuestraron de la casa de Solalinde. El abogado querellante afirmó: «En las víctimas de hechos violentos, al momento de fallecer, generalmente el cuerpo se contrae. Por lo que se ve, es como si el cuchillo hubiera sido colocado de forma posterior a la muerte, dispuesto de esa manera. Además, no tiene manchas hemáticas que permitan inferir que se utilizó como arma. Reitero, las manchas de sangre están en la vereda”
Se espera la declaración de la médica forense que hizo la autopsia, Alba Pereira. También citarán a algunos testigos que den cuenta de la violencia que el femicida ejercía sobre Johana. Yllera acusó a la defensa de Solalinde de tratar a la mujer como una persona violenta.
