Caso Johana: Revelaron que Solalinde hacía seguir a la mujer asesinada
También se descubrió que ya la habrían apuntado con un arma previamente. La madre de la joven aseguró que las amenazas comenzaron cuando inició su relación con el sindicalista.
Luego de que se confirmara que Juan Carlos Solalinde, secretario general de UOCRA, asesinó intencionalmente de 5 disparos a Johana Galdeano, comenzaron a emerger informaciones sobre el accionar del sindicalista.
Explicaron que Johana, caracterizada por sus afectos como una chica tranquila, perdió esa tranquilidad cuando inició su vínculo con Solalinde. Los más allegados a la víctima dieron testimonio ante la jueza Mirta Ucelay, y dieron cuenta del sufrimiento y la persecución que padeció la mujer asesinada hace días. Estos relatos fueron tenidos en cuenta, en tanto antecedentes violentos, para procesar y condenar al femicida de 48 años.
Los testigos aseguraron que Solalinde siempre quería saber adonde se encontraba, con quien hablaba y sobre qué. Asimismo, contaron que una vez le pegó y le hizo saber que estaba armado: Solalinde le apuntó a Johana con un arma de fuego, mientras ella cargaba en brazos al pequeño que tienen en común. El motivo fue un pedido de separación de la mujer, quien ya no toleraba esa relación.
Gladys Soria: testigo clave
Así se llama la madre de Johana, uno de los testigos trascendentales en la causa. Soria aseveró que su hija conoció a Solalinde 7 años atrás, momento en que ella trabajaba en el gremio de la construcción. Tras quedarse sin ocupación, Johana conoció a Solalinde, quien la empleó en UOCRA. Johana trabajó ahí hasta su deceso, aunque el sindicalista no la dejaba ir a la oficina.
Según relató la madre, Johana era controlada permanentemente: no le permitían comunicarse con otros, y debía hablar con su madre mediante señas. «Yo la notaba a ella como amenazada por algo», expresó. Para Soria, el sindicalista buscaba alejarla de sus afectos, porque no la dejaba sola nunca.
Incluso reveló que la hacían seguir por un amigo suyo, y que instaló un GPS en su auto para conocer siempre su ubicación. Una vida que no era vida.
Cuando nació su hijo en común, la mujer buscó separarse de Solalinde muchas veces, pero él siempre insistió para volver. Un día, Solalinde se presentó en el domicilio de Johana infectado de Covid-19: se quedó con ella y su hijo bebé durante días.
El día que terminó la relación fue el cumpleaños 48 de Solalinde. Habían comido en casa del padre del sindicalista y un hombre comenzó a disparar con su arma. Asustadas, las mujeres se fueron del lugar y Solalinde las persiguió: esa noche el sindicalista golpeó a Johana, luego de discutir sobre la manutención del pequeño.
Miedo
Fue lo que le impidió a Johana denunciar al violento. Tenía fotos y evidencia, pero temía las consecuencias. Sabía que el portaba armas.
Los amigos de Johana conocían la situación y admitieron haber sido perseguidos también. Johana no hablaba en el auto con sus afectos, porque las conversaciones eran grabadas por el GPS que Solalinde instaló bajo el volante.
El momento final
El último que prestó testimonio fue un ex novio de Johana, con quien la joven estuvo antes de conocer a Solalinde. El día en que murió, la mujer lo llamó asustada porque temía por el y su familia: Solalinde celaba a Johana con este hombre y lo perseguía. La joven le dijo que se quede tranquilo, porque ella iba a hablar con el para que no le pase nada. Dos horas más tarde, la asesinaron.
