Asalto al exsenador Sergio Álvarez: allanaron la casa de un sospechoso

El procedimiento tuvo lugar ayer en el Barrio San Luis XV y encontraron elementos coincidentes con los que denunció Álvarez.

El exsenador fue asaltado en su estudio jurídico en mayo.

El pasado 18 de mayo Sergio Álvarez, abogado y político provincial, fue asaltado en su estudio jurídico ubicado en el pasaje Juan W. Gez y San Juan. Según denunció, los sospechosos intentaron robarle y luego lo golpearon.

La investigación sobre aquel suceso todavía continúa. Ayer el Departamento de Investigaciones y el grupo COAR allanaron una vivienda del barrio San Luis XV del sur de la capital provincial. La orden vino del Juez Penal N°2, Ariel Parrillis.

El operativo comenzó poco después de las 17 en el domicilio donde vive un joven apellidado Velásquez: se cree que tiene relación con los delitos de mayo.

En esa vivienda encontraron prendas de vestir similares a las descriptas por Álvarez y a las registradas por la cámaras de seguridad. También hallaron una llave compatible con la denunciada en el robo.

Los hechos

El pasado 18 de mayo dos delincuentes irrumpieron en el estudio jurídico del exsenador provincial. A la hora de la siesta, estos dos hombres ingresaron al estudio, bajo la excusa de consultar sobre un accidente laboral.

Uno de los ladrones era obeso y calvo, de unos 40 años. El otro tenía alrededor de 30 años, y era de baja estatura. Álvarez los recibió en su estudio y conversó unos 20 minutos. Luego uno sacó un arma de fuego y exclamó: “Esto es un asalto, danos todo lo que tengas”.

Los delincuentes exigieron dinero: ante la negativa de Álvarez lo golpearon y huyeron con las llaves del estudio jurídico y del vehículo del exsenador, un Volkswagen Vento.
