Investigan intento de violación y agresiones a una chica de 16 años

El hecho ocurrió en Santa Rosa del Conlara en la madrugada del jueves. El presunto agresor se negó a declarar, y permanece detenido.

La causa transcurre en el Juzgado Multifueros de Santa Rosa, donde el Juez Jorge Pinto indagó al sospechoso. Foto: Periódico Judicial San Luis.

Una joven de 16 años fue a denunciar un intento de violación al Juzgado Multifueros de Santa Rosa del Conlara. El episodio transcurrió la madrugada del jueves, cerca de un club local. La denuncia fue ratificada por el padre de la víctima.

La joven relató que al ser interceptada por este hombre se resistió todo el tiempo. Incluso forcejeó con el hombre para no ser violada: es ahí cuando fue golpeada por este hombre de 25 años. El agresor le dio una patada en la boca, que desprendió un diente de la joven. Cuando logró zafar de este hombre, la víctima corrió hasta lo de su padre para relatar lo sucedido. Inmediatamente se dirigieron a un centro médico y realizaron la denuncia por ataque sexual.

Por la mañana trasladaron a la joven al Hospital de Merlo, para ser revisada por un pediatra.

Como la víctima pudo brindar el nombre y apellido del sospechoso, la Policía se dirigió a su domicilio ese mismo jueves. Los efectivos encontraron al sujeto profundamente dormido, debido a la medicación que toma para conciliar el sueño. En el lugar de la agresión hallaron prendas de la adolescente violentada.

La causa

El sospechoso de 25 años fue acusado de «Abuso sexual con acceso carnal en grado de tentativa y lesiones agravadas por violencia de género». Fue indagado por el Juez de Instrucción Jorge Pinto, aunque se negó a declarar. El único dato que brindó es que habría mantenido una relación con la víctima en el pasado.

Alcides Becerra, abogado defensor, solicitó la prorroga de detención de ocho días para recolectar pruebas a favor de su cliente. En este sentido, el jurista ya requirió un estudio psicológico y psiquiátrico del imputado.

Mientras tanto, un grupo de especialistas entrevistará a la joven para conocer si está en condiciones de pasar a Cámara Gesell sobre los hechos que vivió hace 5 días.
