Asesinato de Johana Galdeano: el femicida Juan Carlos Solalinde cambió su defensa

El sindicalista enfrenta una causa por haber asesinado a su pareja de 5 balazos el pasado 26 de mayo.

Más de un mes transcurrió para volver a tener novedades sobre el caso de Johana Galdeano. La mujer de 28 años fue asesinada a fines de mayo por su pareja, Juan Carlos Solalinde. Aunque las primeras versiones que corrieron indicaban que la mujer intentó atacar al sindicalista, las pericias no solo desmintieron la hipótesis, sino que aseguraron que el femicida modificó la escena para reducir su culpabilidad.

La triste realidad es que Johana, que compartía un hijo con Solalinde, murió sin poder defenderse. Alba Pereira, forense del caso, confirmó que Galdeano murió de 5 balazos, dos de los cuales destruyeron sus órganos. Para Pereira el primer disparo que recibió Johana es el que impactó en su mano izquierda, en un gesto por defenderse ante la intimidante Magnum .357. Luego le siguieron tres disparos. Dos en el pecho y un tercero en el abdomen medio: fueron los disparos mortales. Los balazos en el pecho destruyeron uno de los pulmones y le causaron el shock hipovolémico por el que murió, mientras que el balazo en el abdomen desintegró el páncreas y el hígado de Johana.

Los hechos le valieron a Solalinde cargos por «Homicidio doblemente calificado», por haber mantenido una relación de pareja y por enmarcarse en un caso de violencia de género. Actualmente el representante de UOCRA cumple prisión preventiva, mientras espera por la condena oficial.

Sin embargo, confirman que realizó cambios en su defensa: recientemente revocó el poder de su primer defensor, Gonzalo Estrada. Los nuevos juristas a cargo serán Marcos Juárez y Ramiro Rubio.
