Este miércoles el Boletín Oficial anunció la reciente autorización para que aumenten los servicios de internet, telefonía fija, televisión satelital y por cable. La suba fue autorizada por en Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones -Enacom- y es del 5%. Asimismo, será retroactiva: se cobrará a todos los planes desde el 1 de julio.
La Resolución 862/2021 fue firmada por el titular de Enacom, Claudio Ambrosini, y establece que si los licenciatarios aumentaron los precios minoristas por encima de lo autorizado deberán reintegrar el aumento a sus usuarios s en la próxima factura a emitir, con actualización e intereses sujetos a la misma tasa de interés que aplican a sus clientes por mora en el pago de facturas.
La Resolución advierte además que en aquellos casos en los que usuarios no hubiesen abonado su factura con incrementos superiores a los autorizados, “las prestadoras deberán abstenerse de computar los plazos legales vigentes para proceder a la suspensión del servicio”.

Con la suba, Enacom estableció los nuevos precios máximos para los distintos servicios. Así, el precio máximo para recargar 50 MB de datos móviles se sitúa en $25. El segundo de voz pasó a costar $0,38, mientras que el SMS en servicios prepagos tendrá un precio máximo de $5.
Con el aumento de julio ya van 3 actualizaciones tarifarias en lo que va del año. La primera fue en enero, cuando Enacom aprobó una suba general de 5%. La segunda fue en febrero: fue del 7% pero solo aplicó a empresas con menos de cien mil clientes.
