Caso Laura Godoy: el acusado de matarla no declaró

Cristian Alex Alaniz fue indagado este viernes por la Justicia. Solicitó la prorroga legal de 8 días por consejo de su abogado.

La cita era esta mañana en la sede que el Poder Judicial tiene en Concarán.

A 4 días de la muerte de Laura Vanesa Godoy todos los caminos conducen a Cristian «Toty» Alaniz. El joven de 21 años se presentó voluntariamente en un destacamento policial, y fue privado de su libertad el martes por la noche. Ya no es un secreto que el acusado ya confesó su crimen durante la detención, y la indagatoria de hoy a la mañana buscaba que Alaniz repita sus dichos ante la jueza Patricia Besso.

No obstante, Alaniz se abstuvo a declarar esta mañana. Lo hizo por consejo de su abogado, Bautista Rivadera: la defensa solicitó una prorroga legal de 8 días para recopilar información que beneficie al femicida. Los otros partícipes de la audiencia fueron Mario Mini, abogado de la familia Godoy, y el agente fiscal Carlos Leloutre.

Hasta el momento Alaniz es el único detenido por la causa, y pesa sobre el la acusación de «homicidio agravado por el vínculo y por mediar violencia de género». El joven ya contaba con denuncias judiciales por violencia de género: incluso contaba con una orden de restricción, que le prohibía acercarse a Laura. Hasta el momento del asesinato, no se registraban incumplimientos de dichas medidas de parte del acusado.

Resultados positivos

La Policía rompió el hermetismo y comunicó los resultados del allanamiento al domicilio de Godoy. El procedimiento fue el miércoles por la noche, y aunque afirmaron que los resultados eran positivos no se había detallado que elementos incriminatorios hallaron, hasta hoy.

Los familiares de la Laura Godoy confirmaron que en las requisas encontraron el celular de la mujer y las prendas de ropa que Alaniz usó al momento de perpetrar el asesinato.

Además, la justicia brindó más información sobre la medida cautelar que pesaba sobre el acusado: la orden de restricción se hizo efectiva el pasado 4 de julio, luego de que Laura denuncie agresiones de parte de Alaniz. La medida prohibía el contacto entre ambos, y disponía una distancia mínima de 300 metros entre Laura y quien la asesinó. Aparentemente, el celular de la víctima contaba con un dispositivo de alerta temprana, según informaron desde la Secretaría de la Mujer.
