El equipo interdisciplinario busca resolver contingencias en el ejido municipal. La primera reunión del equipo fue este lunes.

Con el objetivo de conformar un equipo interdisciplinario ante emergencias la Municipalidad de El Trapiche trabaja en la creación del Comité de Emergencia Municipal de El Trapiche -CEMET-. El equipo estará integrado por el Hospital Regional Dr. René Favaloro, Bomberos Voluntarios de El Trapiche, Cuerpo de Defensa Civil, Comisaría N° 17 El Trapiche, Edesal Energía, y la Municipalidad de El Trapiche.

El encuentro inicial tuvo lugar en la mañana del lunes 3 de agosto, a cargo del intendente Juan Manuel Rigau. También participaron el director del  Hospital Regional, Dr. Guido Arce; el Comandante Jefe del Cuerpo activo de Bomberos Voluntarios, Luis Zelada; la Subcomandante segundo Jefe de Bomberos Voluntarios, Juana Alzada; el Jefe de Defensa Civil, Juan Alberto Gil Jofré; Jefe de Seguridad e Higiene de EDESAL Energía, Ing. Guillermo Rodríguez; Encargado local de Edesal Energía, Cristian Medero; la Oficial Mara Leyes y Cabo Carolina Lucero de la Comisaría N°17 de El Trapiche, y demás representantes del ejecutivo municipal.

Entre los objetivos planteados, se priorizó la necesidad de anticiparse de manera articulada ante distintos infortunios naturales, en especial los incendios forestales: los expertos advierten el inicio de una época de alto riesgo de incendios.

Desde el ejecutivo consideraron el diálogo como la herramienta fundamental en estas situaciones, para brindar las respuestas adecuadas en cada caso. Se pretende que a través de sucesivas y posteriores reuniones, se avance en la creación de diferentes protocolos de trabajo y de comunicación para los vecinos.
