Educación: reabrieron la Paritaria Nacional Docente

El ministro de Educación, Nicolás Trotta, se reunió este lunes con los 5 sindicatos docentes de representación nacional. El gremio docente busca elevar el piso del aumento por encima del 40%.

Cuarto intermedio: así terminaron las reuniones que este lunes convocaron a la cartera educativa nacional junto al gremio docente. La reapertura de la Paritaria Nacional Docente fue anunciada por Nicolás Trotta la semana pasada, cuando anunció que iba a invitar a los 5 sindicatos docentes con representación nacional.

El objetivo del gremio docente es elevar el piso del aumento por encima del 40%, luego del 34,6% que se acordó en febrero. En el encuentro también conversaron sobre la vacunación a personal docente y la colocación de la segunda dosis a este grupo, así como también se hizo hincapié en la importancia de respetar los protocolos sanitarios.

La reapertura de las paritarias fue virtual y contó con la presencia de Trotta, jefe de Gabinete de la cartera educativa; representantes de entidades de la educación de gestión privada; y dirigentes de los cinco gremios docentes nacionales: Ctera, UDA, AMET, Sadop y CEA. Asimismo, participaron los ministros de Educación de las 24 jurisdicciones nacionales.

En relación al encuentro, Trotta manifestó: “Es importante abrir el diálogo para monitorear el acuerdo firmado este año y analizar las condiciones de trabajo de los docentes de forma previa al encuentro de noviembre próximo, como lo determinó el decreto que reinstitucionalizó la paritaria”.

Sonia Alesso, secretaria general de Ctera, explicó que la cuestión salarial fue el principal tema de la reunión: desde el gremio docente no quieren que el aumento salarial quede por debajo de la inflación anual del país, prevista en un 45%. En este sentido, consideró que el aumento del 34,6% alcanzado en febrero quedó por debajo de la inflación, por lo que sostuvo la importancia de adelantar las negociaciones.

El acuerdo de febrero contemplaba una suba en tres partes: los aumentos graduales iban a concretarse en marzo, julio y septiembre.

Otro de los temas importantes fueron los haberes que perciben los docentes jubilados: desde el gremio aseguran que deben ser mejorados. Como no hubo definiciones ni acuerdo, esperan nuevos encuentros para los próximos días.
