20 años de prisión para Nazareno Pérez por el femicidio de Carla Pereyra

La jueza de Familia N°2, Viviana Oste, condenó al femicida por asesinar a su pareja en 2017 en La Toma. Hubo reducción en la pena porque Pérez era menor al momento del siniestro.

Esta semana Viviana Oste, jueza de Familia N°2, condenó a 20 años de prisión a Nazareno Pérez por asesinar a su pareja en 2017. El tomeño tenía solo 17 años cuando mató a Carla Pereyra, luego de ejercer violencia de género en repetidas ocasiones.

Ya en 2019 la Cámara Penal N° 2 halló a Pérez como autor material del delito «homicidio doblemente calificado, agravado por el vínculo y por mediar violencia de género». No obstante, la condena se pospuso gracias a los recursos que interpuso la defensa, sumado a las demoras en las tramitaciones debido a la pandemia.

Carla murió asesinada a golpes.

Aunque el caso fue abordado por el Juzgado Penal, se decidió que la condena la fije una jueza de familia: Pérez era menor de edad al momento de matar a Carla Pereyra. Fue Viviana Oste quien instruyó la causa y quien rebajó un 30% la condena para Pérez, en consonancia con la Ley de Minoridad.

Mario Aimale, abogado de la madre de Carla, explicó: “En el fundamento del fallo, la doctora Oste hace un resumen de la causa y encuadra la conducta de Pérez en la ley de minoridad y por la legislación vigente, que eso va con los tratados internacionales”. A Nazareno Pérez le correspondían 30 años de prisión, aunque la legislación le permitió pasar 10 años menos en la cárcel.

Aimale aseguró que la noticia no fue bien tomada por la familia Pereyra, que hará una presentación luego de que notifiquen la condena al hombre que asesinó a golpes a su hija.
