Dos primos a prisión por cometer un robo a mano armada
Las grabaciones de cámaras de seguridad y los testimonios de vecinos confirmaron que Aldo Baigorria y Braian Lanza fueron quienes asaltaron el Mercadito Mil Frases el 30 de julio. Aquella noche balearon a una empleada y huyeron en auto.
La noche del 30 de julio dos asaltantes robaron el Mercadito Mil Frases, situado en la manzana 315 del barrio 131 viviendas de la capital. Mientras Aldo Baigorria esperaba en su Ford Focus, Braian Lanza ingresó al local: baleó a una empleada pese a que no opuso resistencia y se llevó un botín de solo $500. Al salir huyó con su primo a bordo del auto.
Aunque fueron detenidos esa noche, la Policía solamente constató sus antecedentes y medios de vida. Sin embargo, los testimonios de vecinos y las grabaciones de seguridad confirmaron la presunción de los miembros de la Comisaría 7°: esta pareja de primos fue la responsable del violento robo. En consecuencia, fueron detenidos nuevamente tras allanamientos incriminatorios. Ayer se conoció que el juez Juan Manuel Montiveros Chada dictó prisión preventiva para ambos por el delito “Robo calificado por el uso de arma de fuego”.
El 12 de agosto, en base a la información recopilada, la Policía solicitó allanar domicilios en los barrios El Lince, Ampare, El Hornero y Viviendas Productivas. En este último encontraron el Ford Focus de Baigorria, y se decretó la detención de ambos. Entre la primera y la segunda detención, hallaron la ropa que usaban al momento del robo, celulares, marihuana y el revolver usado en el robo.
La empleada de 20 años recibió un disparo con orificio de entrada y salida en su muslo derecho. No pudo reconocer a los ladrones ya que ocultaban su rostro tras el barbijo. Todavía no fue examinada por el médico forense: la gravedad de la herida podría valer la inclusión del cargo «Lesión por arma de fuego».
