Pidieron remover el Juez de Faltas de Concarán
El pedido vino del ejecutivo municipal, ya que denuncian «incompatibilidad en el ejercicio de la profesión». La denuncia ya fue radicada en el Concejo Deliberante.
Este fin de semana se conoció que el ejecutivo municipal de Concarán busca remover de su cargo al Juez de Faltas local, Dr. Ricardo Orellana. La nota fue presentada el 18 de agosto en el Concejo Deliberante, en donde denunciaron la «incompatibilidad en el ejercicio de la profesión» en base a la ordenanza N° 1159 HCDC/19 – ART 3.
La noticia se hizo pública este sábado, cuando el Intendente de Concarán, Facundo Domínguez, dio a conocer la denuncia en un video subido en las redes sociales del municipio.
El Dr. Pablo Zavala fue consultado sobre la situación: explicó que la denuncia al Juez de Faltas se hizo tras comprobar que Orellana ejercía como defensor de un imputado en una causa penal caratulada “Defraudación a la Administración Pública” en perjuicio del municipio. Para el jurista esto conforma un «acto de negligencia grave y desconocimiento inexorable de sus deberes», por lo que será removido del cargo.
