La Cámara Penal 1 de Villa Mercedes sentenció a Carlos Ernesto Cordido por «Abuso sexual con acceso carnal en grado de tentativa, agravado por la convivencia preexistente». Fue denunciado tras intentar violar a un pequeño de 7 años con el que convivía.

Carlos Ernesto Cordido fue denunciado el 26 de febrero de este año por abusar sexualmente de un pequeño de 7 años, hijo de su pareja. La denuncia vino de la tía del pequeño, a quien le confesó los ultrajes que Cordido había cometido en reiteradas ocasiones, incluso ante el rechazo y las negativas del niño.

El niño convivía junto a Cordido, su madre y sus hermanos en la calle Rufino Barreiro. Sin embargo, cada vez quería pasar menos tiempo allí, tal como le narró a su tía. Poco antes de la denuncia, la víctima le contó a la denunciante que quería quedarse con ella o en casa de sus abuelos, porque en su domicilio el imputado lo golpeaba y lo obligaban a llamarlo «papá».

No solo eso: el niño relató que en enero su padrastro le había tocado los genitales sin su consentimiento, y le tapó la boca cuando empezaba a llorar. Asimismo, la víctima admitió que solo había hablado con sus hermanos, ya que consideraba que su madre no iba a creerle.

El 25 de febrero, el niño fue a buscar una campera a casa de Cordido, pero cuando volvió su tía notó algo inusual: caminaba con dificultad y se tironeaba el pantalón con expresión de dolor. Cuando llevó al niño al pediatra, el pequeño confesó que esa ocasión su padrastro le había tocado los genitales y la cola, causándole dolor.

El paso del pequeño por Cámara Gesell fue prueba concluyente de los ultrajes: el informe indica que la víctima prestó «descripciones de comportamientos de índole sexual sufridos, refiriendo rechazo y negativa constante de ser sometido nuevamente a tales tocamientos».

Aunque el fiscal Ernesto Lutens solicitó una pena de 10 años para Cordido, bajo la carátula de «Abuso sexual con acceso carnal», el tribunal solamente lo condenó en grado de tentativa. Tras el fallo Cordido fue trasladado a prisión, donde pasará los próximos 7 años.
