Villa Mercedes: la abogada denunciada por violencia sostuvo que Guerrero la atacó
Ivana Schiro y su esposo, Alexis Morales, fueron denunciados por lesiones a Mónica Guerrero y su hija de 13 años. Sin embargo, al ser consultada la jurista negó los hechos y acusó a la damnificada por el mismo delito.
Luego de conocerse el violento episodio que vivieron Mónica Guerrero y su hija de 13 años, la abogada y principal acusada, Ivana Schiro, prestó declaraciones tras ser denunciada en la Comisaría 8° de Villa Mercedes. Schiro, quien fue denunciada junto a su esposo por lesiones, negó los hechos y denunció a Guerrero por el mismo delito. «Ella vino exacerbada, violenta, diciéndome que no podía cobrar un juicio por mi culpa y, a partir de ahí, se generó una situación de violencia que jamás me imaginé», sostuvo.
La jurista relató que Guerrero la contrató como abogada en 2020, en razón de un juicio por una ART por lesiones en el trabajo. Pero Guerrero fue a su despacho a pedirle un revocamiento de poder, ya que dijo no tenerle confianza. «Yo le dije que le iba a revocar el poder porque no le tenía confianza. Me había mentido varias veces y le perdí la confianza. Me había dicho que el juicio tardaría como siete años y con el doctor que tengo ahora lo hice en dos semanas nomás», explicó la mujer violentada junto a su hija.
«Vino a amedrentarme. Ya venía con intenciones de causar daños… Empezó a los golpes con el casco «, se defendió la abogada. Para Schiro, que no acusa lesiones físicas más de lo que ella llamó «unos mechones menos», Guerrero golpeó con su casco a su esposo y luego le tiró los pelos. Guerrero desacreditó esa versión y afirmó: «Me tomaron de los pelos. El hombre me dio golpes en la cara. La tengo marcada. Desfigurada. Después ella me aprisionó con la puerta. Tengo un hematoma en un brazo y en una pierna».
La mujer damnificada contó que se desesperó porque estaba acorralada contra la puerta y no podía ayudar a su hija. «El marido de ella había agarrado a mi nena de los pelos, le dio piñas en la nariz, la frente y varias veces en la cabeza», exclamó. La Secretaría de la Mujer ya prestó asistencia médica Guerrero y su hija, y dispuso la investigación del caso.
