Un hombre fue condenado a prisión por abusar sexualmente de un niño
Ocurrió en la capital provincial. Estaba detenido desde el 4 de octubre y acusado de “abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por el carácter de guardador y por el aprovechamiento de la convivencia preexistente”.
Un hombre de la ciudad de San Luis, cuya identidad no trascendió, fue enviado a cumplir condena en el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial luego de que lo procesen por abusar sexualmente de un niño. El Juzgado Penal N° 3 lo acusó del crimen “abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por el carácter de guardador y por el aprovechamiento de la convivencia preexistente”.
Tras la denuncia, el 4 de octubre detuvieron al hombre en la Ruta Provincial N° 3, cerca de la calle Salvador Salgado. Desde entonces permaneció privado de su libertad y ayer al mediodía finalmente se formalizó la condena. Las operaciones de detención y traslado estuvieron a cargo de la Unidad Regional de Órden Público 1 -UROP I-.
