Este martes volverán a tratar la Ley de Etiquetado Frontal
El proyecto será evaluado en la Cámara Baja del Congreso de la Nación este martes, luego de que la oposición no brindó quórum para tratarlo en la última sesión. Será la primer sesión 100% presencial desde el comienzo de la pandemia.
Este martes vuelven a abrirse las puertas del Congreso de la Nación en un formato 100% presencial: es la primera vez desde el comienzo de la pandemia en que se sesiona de esta manera. Debido a las dificultades de circulación y los altos indicadores epidemiológicos, el Congreso utilizaba un sistema remoto por VPN, que permitía a los diputados y senadores sesionar virtualmente. Ese protocolo ya no rige y quienes hoy no asistan al recinto serán computados como ausentes, aunque pertenezcan a grupos de riesgo.
El último antecedente encendió las críticas de la opinión pública: en la sesión del 5 de octubre un gran sector opositor decidió no participar y dejó sin quórum la sesión. Los congresistas de Juntos por el Cambio argumentaron que no participaron ya que el oficialismo no tuvo en cuenta propuestas opositoras. La falta de consenso en relación al temario no permitió tratar la Ley de Etiquetado Frontal, que ya tiene la media sanción en el Senado, aunque de no sancionarse este año corre el riesgo de perder el estado parlamentario.
Las semanas de negociaciones permitieron que este martes, desde las 11:00, sea tratado el temario originalmente propuesto para aquel 5 de octubre. Sin embargo, también se añadieron iniciativas opositoras tales como el proyecto de ley del nuevo Régimen de Recuperación de Ganadería Ovina.
