Violó a un niño en San Luis y descubrieron que tenía antecedentes previos por abuso
Jesús Viña fue detenido hace días luego de violar a un niño de la familia que le daba asilo en San Luis. La búsqueda de antecedentes arrojó que era investigado por delitos similares en Buenos Aires.
El 9 de noviembre el juez Penal N° 2, Ariel Parrillis, solicitó la detención de Jesús Viña: el bonaerense de 36 años fue acusado de violar a un niño de 7 años, integrante de la familia que le dio cobijo en la provincia. Tras la detención la justicia quiso conocer si Viña tenía antecedentes previos y efectivamente era así. Descubrieron que era investigado por abusar sexualmente de su hija biológica y de su hijastra en Buenos Aires: ambas eran menores de edad.
Luis Carcagno, fiscal de la UFI N° 4 de San Luis, y el juez bonaerense Guillermo Arrieta opinaron que el abusador debía ser detenido. Como no tenía domicilio fijo, Viña fue buscado por varios barrios del oeste de la ciudad de San Luis hasta que dieron con el en el Hogar del Buen Samaritano, ubicado en Marcelino Poblet y Lafinur.
Las declaraciones y los informes -entre ellos el paso de las niñas por Cámara Gesell- confirmaron que Viña abusó sexualmente de las mismas en reiteradas ocasiones. El abusador vivía en Marcos Paz con las dos menores y su pareja -madre de una de las niñas- y se habría aprovechado de la convivencia para vulnerar su integridad entre 2019 y enero de este año.
Fuentes judiciales relataron que Viña hacía mirar videos pornográficos a las menores -de 10 y 7 años respectivamente- para luego abusar de ellas. En el caso de su hijastra, la más pequeña de las niñas, los hechos fueron más graves ya que comprobaron que hubo acceso carnal en varias ocasiones. Cuando le iniciaron la causa se movió a San Luis, donde permaneció en situación de calle hasta que fue rescatado por una familia religiosa. En ese momento violó al pequeño de 7 años, y la justicia trabaja para conocer si también abusó de otro de los niños de la familia.
