Salió de prisión hace meses y lo encontraron robando en San Luis
«Rodriguito» Barrientos fue enviado a prisión preventiva tras quedar acusado de “Robo calificado por escalamiento y atentado y resistencia a la autoridad”. Hace solo algunos meses había cumplido condena en el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial.
Rodrigo Barrientos, alias «Rodriguito», cuenta con un amplio historial delictivo en nuestra provincia: robos calificados, robos agravados, robos en poblado y banda, incluyendo la participación de menores. Hacía algunos meses había cumplido su condena en el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, aunque lo encontraron robando nuevamente en la capital provincial.
El miércoles Barrientos ingresó a robar en un domicilio de la manzana 166 del barrio Cerro de la Cruz: saltó la medianera, rompió una ventana del comedor y se adentro al domicilio, donde robó herramientas de mano. Un llamado al 911 alertó a la Policía, que persiguió a Barrientos por las calles del barrio Eva Perón. Efectivos de la Comisaría 39° y miembros de la División de Respuesta Inmediata Motorizada colaboraron para detener al ladrón.
Barrientos fue procesado por el delito “Robo calificado por escalamiento y atentado y resistencia a la autoridad” y volvió a prisión preventiva en el Servicio Penitenciario de San Luis.
