Caso Guadalupe: la justicia provincial remitirá el caso a la Fiscalía Federal
El juez provincial de Instrucción N° 2, Ariel Parrillis, remitió todas las actuaciones al fuero federal. Las dos investigaciones paralelas se reducen a una sola, que ya cuenta con todo el expediente de la justicia puntana.
Este jueves la oficina de prensa del Poder Judicial puntano dio a conocer la cesación de la investigación por la desaparición de Guadalupe Belén Lucero. El juez de Instrucción N° 2, Ariel Parrillis, dispuso que todas las actuaciones sean remitidas a la Justicia Federal, que participa del caso de forma paralela desde el 16 de septiembre. La justicia provincial ya envió la totalidad de los expedientes, actuaciones efectuadas y en trámite a la Fiscalía Federal.
La remisión del caso en San Luis tuvo el visto bueno de los fiscales Ricardo Barbeito, Ricardo Esteban Roche y María Virginia Palacios. Ahora la investigación queda en manos del equipo que en septiembre conformó el Procurador General de la Nación, Eduardo Casal, y que tiene en sus filas al fiscal federal Cristian Rachid.
La causa caratulada como “G.B.L.C. (DAM) -AV. PRIVACION ILEGITIMA DE LA LIBERTAD Y/O APROPIACION Y/O OTROS” cayó en competencia del fuero federal cuando tomó fuerza la versión de un delito de tráfico de personas. Desde entonces se desarrollaron dos investigaciones paralelas. En el comunicado, la Oficina de Prensa sostuvo que el traspaso se hizo “para evitar resoluciones contradictorias y la superposición de tareas».
La investigación en San Luis
El expediente, de más de 80 cuerpos, detalla todas las actuaciones de la justicia puntana para hallar a la pequeña:
- Más de 180 líneas de investigación tanto en San Luis como en otras provincias, a partir de 185 denuncias recibidas a través de líneas telefónicas y declaraciones de personas.
- Datos proporcionados por las Líneas 134 “Alerta Sofía”, 145 “Programa Buscar”, Missing Children, Sistema de Emergencia 911, Agencia de Monitoreo y Sistema Federal de Búsqueda de Personas.
- Declaraciones en Fiscalías y sedes policiales de todo el país y denuncias “corroborables” que fueron investigadas por la Policía Federal y Policía de la Provincia de San Luis.
- Se registraron más de 900 declaraciones y 465 allanamientos.
- Peritajes de Tecnología: se secuestraron y peritaron más de 100 celulares y se analizaron más de 150 dispositivos electrónicos portátiles.
- Información solicitada a Google LLC en relación a los dispositivos que se encontraban en un rango horario y de distancia determinados en el punto cero de la desaparición.
- Rastrillaje en lagos y perilagos: Bomberos de la Policía de San Luis y Prefectura Naval de la Armada Argentina rastrillaron 18 lagos y perilagos provinciales. Se revisaron un total de 1.500 sectores incluyendo domicilios.
- Análisis de cámaras de seguridad: Se estudiaron 3.000 horas de captaciones fílmicas de 113 cámaras de la zona, públicas y privadas.
- Lectura de patentes sobre ruta y análisis genéticos sobre muestras biológicas (ADN), banco genético de ADN y declaraciones en Cámara Gesell.
- Se solicitó la colaboración de autoridades judiciales de Estados Unidos a través del Ministerio de Justicia de la Nación y Derechos Humanos y requerimientos a la Comisión Nacional de Actividades Espaciales (CONAE) con el objeto de obtener imágenes satelitales.
- Las Fiscalías de Mendoza, Córdoba, Neuquén, Río Negro, La Pampa, Salta realizaron allanamientos en dichos territorios, y constataron denuncias telefónicas y por redes sociales en Buenos Aires, Misiones, Entre Ríos, Tierra del Fuego y Jujuy.
