En los últimos meses se registró una fuerte aceleración de los montos de los contratos de alquiler. En junio se debió pagar un 55,97% más, en julio un 58,15% y en agosto el 60,95%.
Este mes llega el récord del 64,66%. “Lo que es histórico son los valores que se le están aplicando a los alquileres habitacionales. En los últimos tres meses la actualización al primero del mes ha sido superior al 55%”, dijo el secretario del Colegio de Martilleros, Bruno Scanferlato.
La ecuación no cierra por ningún lado. La oferta es escasa, la demanda es muy alta y los sueldos son muy bajos con respecto a los montos de alquiler.
