Los manifestantes impidieron que circule el tránsito en la ruta pescadores, a la altura de la avenida Quinto Centenario, ingreso al barrio 9 de Julio y el cruce de los barrios 1° de Mayo y República.
Afirman que los hechos de inseguridad son “constantes” en la zona y que, además, no hay presencia policial en el lugar.
Quemaron neumáticos, llevaron carteles que manifestaban su cansancio de los constantes robos y pidieron que “coloquen una casilla de custodia policial, que cumplan porque también estamos cansados de que nos hablen y nadie haga nada”.
Entre los episodios de robos, recordaron que es “en cualquier horario, no se puede dejar la casa sola, hasta a los niños les roban. Para llevarlos a la escuela no hay que demorarse porque se saben hasta tus horarios”, señaló otra vecina, en declaraciones a los medios presentes en el lugar.
