CASO DIEGO GATICA: DICTAN PRISIÓN PREVENTIVA PARA LAUTARO CRUZ

El juez de Garantías N°3 de la ciudad de San Luis, Marcos Flores Leyes, hizo lugar al pedido de la fiscal María del Valle Durán y dictó la prisión preventiva contra Juan Lautaro Mauricio Cruz, imputado por el homicidio del policía Diego Gatica.

La medida de coerción personal se extenderá hasta la finalización del debate oral en esta causa y fue dictaminada este viernes a la mañana.

Días atrás, Cruz fue condenado 3 años y 6 meses de prisión por la golpiza al comisario Hernán Soloa y desde entonces está en el Complejo Penitenciario Provincial. Fue detenido poco antes de ese juicio, pero por su participación en el ataque que al policía Diego Gatica para robarle las zapatillas y la bicicleta.

El juez Marcos Flores Leyes le informó legalmente esta mañana, que seguirá detenido hasta que llegue el nuevo juicio que deberá enfrentar.
