Esto se debe al caótico traspaso de las deudas de tarjetas de crédito del Supervielle al Nación.
“A muchos nos dijeron: No paguen el resumen de Supervielle, ya que en Octubre vendrá todo cuotificado y Sin Interés. Pero esto no sucedió. La falta de información por parte de la entidad bancaria hacia las consultas reiteradas que muchos hemos realizado en los últimos días, nos deja hoy en una situación realmente vulnerable, ya que, a muchos de nosotros nos ha llegado el resumen de la tarjeta con montos exorbitantes, que nos serán debitados de nuestras Cajas de Ahorro de manera automática. En algunos casos, el Banco cobra dos veces lo mismo, en otros cobra el resumen de la tarjeta (Visa de Supervielle) correspondiente a Septiembre y Octubre, más una cuota de un ‘Plan V’, (que según explican empleados del banco, correspondería a una cuotificación de lo que aún teníamos por pagar de Visa Supervielle), sin embargo, esa primer cuota también viene para pagar ahora, cuando debería haberse cobrado recién en Noviembre. En otros casos la suma total de los sub totales difieren del número real, obviamente muchísimo más alto”, dice parte de la nota que se dio conocer este lunes.
“Consideramos que nuestros derechos están siendo vulnerados y atropellados por las malas gestiones administrativas que está llevando adelante el Banco Nación: Atropellos a nuestras libertades, ya que muchos tenían bloqueadas sus cuentas el día 30/09/22, y no podían realizar ningún tipo de gestión y mucho menos extraer dinero. Nuestros datos personales han sido manipulados sin nuestro consentimiento, generando errores que pagaremos de nuestros bolsillos. El Banco Nación no cumplió con lo acordado e informado durante el mes de Agosto/Septiembre 2022”, dice la nota que ayer se dio a conocer.
Para finalizar, el comunicado de los empleados públicos solicita que el banco Nación “se preocupe y ocupe de éste problema tan angustiante” que les ha generado.
