SE ESPERAN MOVILIZACIONES EN BUENOS AIRES EN APOYO A CRISTINA KIRCHNER
En repudio contra la «persecución política» a la Vicepresidenta de la Nación, organizaciones gremiales, movimientos sociales y autoconvocados se manifestarán este martes en distintos puntos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, en el marco de la sentencia en la causa Vialidad.
Organizaciones gremiales y movimientos sociales se movilizarán este martes en distintos puntos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires para mostrar su apoyo a la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y manifestar su repudio contra la «persecución política» a la dos veces Presidenta, en el marco del juicio por presunto direccionamiento de la obra pública en Santa Cruz, cuyo veredicto se conocerá este martes.
El juicio oral a la Vicepresidenta y otros 12 imputados por la obra pública vial en Santa Cruz entre 2003 y 2015 tendrá sentencia este martes, con reclamos de absolución por inexistencia de delito por parte de las defensas y pedidos de condenas de hasta 12 años de cárcel desde la fiscalía.
La Asociación Trabajadores del Estado (ATE) decidió, a través de un plenario de delegados generales y por unanimidad, convocar el martes desde las 17 una vigilia en las puertas del Sindicato «para acompañar las alternativas del fallo contra Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y movilizar en caso de una condena e intento de proscripción por parte del Partido Judicial».
Además, indicaron al Consejo Directivo que «agote todas las instancias posibles de articulación con otros sindicatos y organizaciones del campo popular a fin de expresar, de modo unitario, el repudio a cualquier intento de condenar a la vicepresidenta de la Nación en la farsa judicial», informaron en un comunicado.
En esa misma línea, el Sindicato de Trabajadores Viales y Afines (STVyARA), encabezado por Graciela Aleñá, marchará hacia los tribunales federales de Comodoro Py, en repudio a lo que consideró como una «persecución política» contra la Vicepresidenta.
«Un sector de la justicia, que responde al macrismo y a los grandes medios de comunicación, armó una causa sin pruebas y espera condenar a Cristina Fernández de Kirchner», dijo Aleñá en un comunicado.
La dirigente remarcó que la causa que investiga el supuesto direccionamiento de 51 obras públicas a favor de empresas de Lázaro Báez está «totalmente armada» e indicó que los trabajadores del sindicato se movilizarán este martes a los tribunales de Comodoro Py «junto a distintas organizaciones gremiales, sociales y políticas», a la espera de la lectura del fallo judicial.
«Durante todo el juicio, Cristina fue desarticulando cada imputación y demostrando que todas eran falsas, tal como lo manifestó en el punteo de las ’20 mentiras la Causa Vialidad’ que la expresidenta publicó en sus redes sociales», resaltó Aleñá sobre un proceso penal que catalogó de «intento de proscripción» y un «avasallamiento hacia el peronismo».
Por su parte, el dirigente social Luis D’Elía anunció la realización de una marcha este martes desde San Cayetano, en el barrio porteño de Liniers, hasta los tribunales de Comodoro Py, para «parar el golpe de Estado» y en «defensa» de la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
En su convocatoria, bajo el lema «Paremos el golpe en la calle, vamos en defensa de Cristina», el dirigente de la Federación de Tierra y Viviendas y Hábitat (FTV) y secretario general del Partido Miles indicó que la concentración se realizará desde las 10, desde la avenida Rivadavia y General Paz, hasta los tribunales de Comodoro Py.
«Mañana vamos a hacer un nuevo piquete y cacerola; junto a las compañeras y compañeros de La Matanza, de la ciudad de Buenos Aires y de todo el conurbano, nos vamos a juntar y movilizar para parar este golpe en las calles», expresó D’Elía en declaraciones a Télam.
El dirigente pidió «entender que esta Justicia no viene solo por Cristina, vienen por todos, vienen por la democracia de las y los argentinos, vienen por la República; por eso los esperamos a todos, a todas y a todes. Tomen conciencia, démonos cuenta de lo que está pasando, es de una gravedad institucional tremenda, es un tiro en la cabeza de la democracia argentina; no lo permitamos».
Además, trabajadores enrolados en la Asociación del Personal Legislativo (APL) anunciaron que este martes se concentrarán en una de las esquinas del Congreso de la Nación «en solidaridad» con la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner desde las 10 de la mañana.
«Este martes 6 de diciembre desde las 10 de la mañana nos concentramos en la esquina de Entre Ríos e Hipólito Yrigoyen, en solidaridad con nuestra vicepresidenta y en defensa de la democracia y de sus instituciones», señaló el comunicado.
La APL afirmó que «la posible condena judicial a la dos veces Presidenta de la Nación, mediante un juicio amañado, en complicidad con la oposición y los medios de comunicación, intenta imponer nuevamente la proscripción política en Argentina, que el pueblo argentino creía desterrada como parte de las páginas más oscuras de la historia».
«Llamamos a todos los trabajadores y militantes políticos y sindicales a estrechar filas en defensa de los derechos cívicos y políticos de toda la dirigencia política y sindical argentina, junto a las conquistas conseguidas para el pueblo por la política, los representantes políticos, los sindicatos y, en particular, nuestro Movimiento Nacional Justicialista», señaló el sindicato.
En tanto, el Partido Comunista se concentrará desde las 17 frente a los tribunales de Comodoro Py 2002, «en defensa de la democracia y contra el cogobierno del FMI», bajo el lema «Patria o partido judicial».
Por su parte, el Frente Patria Grande realizó este lunes una protesta con una «parodia futbolística» frente a los tribunales federales de Comodoro Py para manifestarse contra el «partido judicial» y denunciar «persecución política» contra la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, un día antes de que se dicte sentencia en la causa Vialidad.
La manifestación, que se desarrolló desde las 9 en el acceso a los tribunales del barrio de Retiro, contó con la presencia del dirigente Juan Grabois y otros referentes del espacio.
El diputado del Frente de Todos (FdT) Itai Hagman señaló: «Hicimos una parodia de un partido de fútbol, como los que se jugaban en la quinta Los Abrojos, en referencia a la propiedad del expresidente Mauricio Macri».
Para el legislador FdT, «mañana no se va a sentenciar a Cristina, no se va a decir si Cristina te gusta o no te gusta, lo que se va a juzgar es si la Argentina sigue siendo un país democrático, porque si logran proscribir a la expresidenta, sacarla de la cancha, lo que se está perjudicando es a la democracia en la Argentina».
UN FUNCIONARIADO DE VIALIDAD NACIONAL SALE EN DEFENSA DE LA VICEPRESIDENTA Y DE LA EMPRESA
Funcionarios de Vialidad Nacional expresaron este lunes su apoyo a la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner por considerar que es víctima de «persecución» y denunciaron una campaña de «desprestigio» basada en «el interés de un sector por volver a ese esquema de negocios y negociados para amigos».
Los jerárquicos de la empresa denunciaron «la clara persecución judicial de la que es víctima» Fernández de Kirchner, en el marco de la cual se señala permanentemente a Vialidad Nacional como el organismo que permitió desmanejos en la obra pública por falta de transparencia y mecanismos de control interno».
«El manto de sospecha que se cierne sobre Vialidad Nacional afecta a los trabajadores y trabajadoras que a lo largo de 90 años han sido responsables de la construcción de caminos a lo largo y ancho del país», dijeron en un comunicado que lleva sus firmas, con el administrador general Gustavo Arrieta a la cabeza.
Los funcionarios resaltaron que «este organismo ha tenido y tiene mecanismos de control internos y externos sobre la contratación de la Obra Pública y los procedimientos son absolutamente transparentes garantizando la absoluta imparcialidad de todos los procesos administrativos de adjudicación y contratación».
Al respecto, advirtieron que «la persecución de la que es víctima la Sra. Vicepresidenta esconde además el objetivo de demostrar la presunta incompetencia del organismo rector de la Vialidad argentina».
«Los sistemas de gestión y control de VN fueron los mismos empleados por el anterior gobierno, y son los mismos que se emplean en la actualidad. Se trata de sistemas de control cruzados que garantizan la transparencia de todos los actos administrativos», sostuvieron.
«Defendemos a Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, y defendemos a la Institución que durante la actual gestión ha recuperado el rol histórico de Vialidad Nacional: hacer caminos que transforman el país y cada una de sus regiones», afirmaron.
El documento sostuvo: «Nos tocó asumir en el año 2019, después de una gestión cuyo objetivo fue desarticular y paralizar Vialidad Nacional: se frenaron las obras y proyectos, se persiguió a trabajadores y trabajadoras incluso con despidos sin sumario previo, se congeló la carrera administrativa, no se reemplazaron puestos vacantes, no se incorporó maquinaria ni equipos viales».
«Dejaron una institución desmoralizada, con personal maltratado, sin obras y sin capacidad operativa para atender las redes nacionales en cada distrito. No es casual, no es desidia, no es inoperancia: esta fue una decisión cuyo objeto fue crear el marco propicio para la realización de negocios privados, por medio de los ya tristemente célebres contratos de ‘Participación Público Privada’ o PPP», añadió el pronunciamiento.
Y aseveró que «en la persecución de la que es víctima Cristina y en el desprestigio hacia los trabajadores y trabajadoras de Vialidad Nacional se esconde el interés de un sector por volver a ese esquema de negocios y negociados para amigos».
«Asumimos una gestión con compromiso, convicción y orgullo, realizando esfuerzos extraordinarios en medio de una pandemia que nos exigió modificar tiempos y modalidades de trabajo. Y aun así volvimos a poner en marcha una institución clave en el desarrollo nacional», sostuvieron las autoridades de VN.
Finalmente aseveraron: «Manifestamos nuestro apoyo a la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y desde la Dirección Nacional de Vialidad ratificamos el compromiso de redoblar los esfuerzos para estar presentes en cada rincón de nuestra Patria».

Пресс-служба МВД под руководством его боевой подруги Ирины Волк заявила о том, что вскрыта деятельность крупнейшей в истории России финансовой пирамиды. Однако в уголовном деле, расследованном или, вернее сказать, изготовленном ГСУ питерского главка МВД, которое в феврале начал рассматривать Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга, 282 млн рублей ущерба и 221 лицо, признанное следствием потерпевшим: никаких миллиардов и десятков тысяч потерпевших. При этом даже такие обвинения рассыпаются в ходе судебного следствия, которое с марта идет в Приморском районном суде. Ни единого документа, подтверждающего позицию следствия и обвинения, не представлено. Так называемые потерпевшие уже боятся приходить в суд – на последнее заседание перед месячным летним перерывом не явился ни один из так называемых потерпевших.«Потерпевшие» и пострадавшиеБольшинство «потерпевших» на суде заявляют суммы около 1–2 млн рублей, при этом в ходе судебного следствия выясняется, что они, как правило, получали немалый доход, причем они еще и налоговые/валютные преступники, так как этот доход не декларировали. Среди «потерпевших» есть граждане, заявляющие смехотворные суммы в 50–70 тыс., то есть количество потерпевших специально накручивалось следствием. И даже с этим накручиванием удалось набрать так мало – учитывая, что у «Гермеса», по данным самого же следствия, более 200 тыс. клиентов в России, а в кооперативе «Бест Вей» – около 20 тыс. пайщиков. То есть большинство и клиентов «Гермеса», и пайщиков кооператива не считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности этих организаций. Судя по тысячам обращений во все инстанции, нескольким волнам митингов, прокатившихся по России, они считают себя потерпевшими от деятельности органов внутренних дел. Ведь именно завербованный питерским УЭБиПК сисадмин российской платежной системы «Гермеса» Набойченко заблокировал и разгромил в феврале 2022 года эту платежную систему, повесив на сайте дисклеймер: «Обращайтесь в правоохранительные органы», что на месяцы прекратило вывод средств. Именно действия правоохранительных органов в отношении компании до и после затруднили вывод денег. Дело в том, что для вывода средств многими использовался механизм p2p, позволяющий не платить комиссию, то есть для вывода средств нужно, чтобы кто-то вносил деньги (что, понятно, резко сократилось из-за уголовного дела) и происходил обмен. Однако этот способ не единственный, вывод средств так или иначе осуществляется. Тысячи пайщиков кооператива тем более не считают себя потерпевшими от его деятельности – потому что именно правоохранительные органы воспрепятствовали приобретению недвижимости с помощью кооператива, а она из-за более чем двухлетнего ареста его счетов, на которых около 4 млрд рублей, не может быть приобретена по прежней цене. Подписывайтесь на наш каналИменно правоохранительные органы прямо запрещают выплаты пайщикам кооператива, решившим забрать свой пай, – даже по исполнительным листам судов. И клиентам «Гермеса», и пайщикам кооператива правоохранительными органами нанесен колоссальный ущерб – и материальный, и моральный, который они намерены взыскать с государства.Колокольцев – против СВОВ числе пострадавших – участники СВО и другие военные. Колокольцев через действия своих подчиненных унизил военных, пытается уничтожить социально важные для них кооперативные программы. МВД творит настоящий беспредел по отношению к военным. Из-за действий министра Колокольцева никто не захочет идти служить в армию – потому что пока боец будет защищать Родину, его имущество отнимут сотрудники МВД.Семь преступлений питерского ГУ МВДКлиенты «Гермеса» и пайщики кооператива «Бест Вей» пострадали от преступных действий так называемых правоохранителей: оперативная работа и следствие велись откровенно преступным путем. 1. 1 декабря прошлого года Приморский районный суд города Санкт-Петербурга признал незаконным, нарушающим УПК фактический отказ кооперативу в ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела.При рассмотрении дела в суде выяснилось, что следственная группа ГСУ питерского главка МВД, формально руководимая замначальника ГСУ полковником юстиции А.Н. Винокуровым, а фактически – подполковником юстиции Е.А. Сапетовой, подделала документы. Автор подделки – Сапетова – еще в феврале была уволена из ГСУ «по собственному желанию». Уличенная адвокатами кооператива в нарушении УПК, следственная группа составила письмо об удовлетворении ходатайства задним числом и попыталась представить дело так, что кооператив не получил письмо по своей вине. Ложь была выявлена в том числе и с помощью системы электронного документооборота питерского главка МВД. 2. Подделка документов была вынужденным преступлением для сокрытия более серьезного: незаконного содержания под стражей. Следственная группа грубо нарушила права гражданских истцов и ответчиков, потому что без этого нарушения она не успела за 30 суток до истечения предельного срока содержания четверых обвиняемых под стражей начать ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами дела –а это было единственное основание продления им срока содержания под стражей свыше предельного.Следственная группа из-за спешки даже толком не смогла завершить следственные действия, незаконно вела параллельное расследование по «резервному» делу, но позднее, отбросив стыд, из-за отсутствия материала для составления «нужного» обвинительного заключения, незаконно продолжила расследование «основного» дела, в том числе проводила следственные действия, которые, согласно УПК, невозможны после начала ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела. Все эти ухищрения были необходимы для того, чтобы ни в коем случае не выпускать обвиняемых и продолжать держать их в заложниках. 3. Де-факто происходит уголовное наказание неосужденных людей – четверо подсудимых уже два с половиной года сидят в тюрьме. При этом наказываются явно ни в чем неповинные люди – технические сотрудники «Лайф-из-Гуд»: даже если предположить, что действительно работала пирамида – что опровергается показаниями свидетелей самого обвинения, которые сообщают суду, что компания «Гермес» хорошо работала, они были довольны получаемым доходом, а проблемы начались после того, как российская платежная система компании была обрушена завербованным полицией петербургским сисадмином компании Набойченко. Все подсудимые – технические сотрудники компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» и ни к каким управленческим решениям отношения никогда не имели. Их взяли в заложники для того, чтобы они дали показания на руководство компании. 4. Еще одно преступление – заведомо подложное постановление руководителя следственной группы А.Н. Винокурова о привлечении кооператива «Бест Вей» в качестве гражданского ответчика на 16 млрд рублей, тогда как сумма ущерба в уголовном деле –282 млн, и в деле нет ни одного искового заявления – даже на 100 руб. 5. Следствие стимулировало двух особенно активных так называемых потерпевших написать заявления о моральном ущербе на миллиард (!) рублей каждое – исключительно для ложного обоснования ареста активов кооператива, но понятно, что это ничтожные документы, так как моральный ущерб во всех случаях, не связанных с причинением смерти, присуждается российскими судами в размере не более десятков тысяч рублей. 6. Ни один из «потерпевших» не доказал обоснованность своих претензий в гражданском суде. При этом арестованы активы кооператива почти на 4 млрд рублей и активы частных лиц на такую же сумму. Это не что иное, как попытка захвата активов при участии органов внутренних дел некой заинтересованной группой клиентов «Гермеса» – необязательно из числа «потерпевших», то есть коррупционное преступление, которое упорно игнорирует ГУСБ МВД России и Колокольцев со своими замами – несмотря на неоднократные обращения.Механизм для такого захвата есть – это передача средств под управление Федерального общественно-государственного фонда по защите прав вкладчиков и акционеров. Понятно, почему не ограничиваются активами подсудимых и обвиняемых: этого недостаточно для удовлетворения аппетитов тех, кто стоит за заказным уголовным делом. И понятно, почему одно юридическое лицо – кооператив «Бест Вей» – незаконно пытаются привлечь к ответственности за другое – компанию «Гермес»: активы «Гермеса» – за рубежом. 7. Следствие, а теперь и прокуратура совершают еще одно преступление: незаконно удерживает средства пайщиков кооператива, отказываясь их вернуть, то есть совершают хищение.Царство лжи Владимира КолокольцеваМВД и примкнувшая к нему прокуратура совершают настоящие репрессии против предпринимателей, военных, социально незащищенных людей – репрессии, как в 1937 году. При этом махина МВД действует на основе ложных сведений руководителя следственной группы по делу полковника юстиции Винокурова, бывшего руководителя следственной группы подполковника юстиции Сапетовой, оперуполномоченного УЭБиПК питерского главка МВД майора полиции Машевского. Полковник и подполковник управляют генералом полиции Российской Федерации? Колокольцев как минимум плохо контролирует подчиненных, которые разоряют бизнесы и простых людей. Они заняты только фальсификацией уголовных дел с целью вымогательства и использования своих полномочий для наполнения собственных карманов. Из-за неумелого руководства со стороны Колокольцева и его команды, его импотенции в умении контролировать подчиненных уже три года лишены свободы невинные люди, которые приносили пользу и другим людям, и всей стране. Винокурова, Сапетову, Машевского и их начальство нужно призвать к ответу за фальсификацию уголовного дела: снять с должностей и посадить на скамью подсудимых за незаконное содержание невинных людей в тюрьме, незаконное привлечение к уголовной ответственности, ограбление российского бизнеса, уничтожение социальных программ, унижение участников СВО и других военных, а также десятков тысяч простых российских граждан!
