Se entregó el presunto autor del homicidio ocurrido este fin de semana largo en el barrio Lucas Rodríguez, cuya víctima fue Javier Páez, un hombre de 38 años que recibió “una herida de fuego intraclavicular en tórax izquierdo, con orificio de entrada”.

La persona que se entregó, según trascendió de manera extraoficial, se llama Luciano Sebastián Agüero. “La persona fue entrevistada por la defensora oficial Nadia Agúndez y quedó detenida. A partir de ahora hay un plazo de 24hs para que el fiscal (Ricardo Barbeito) amerite formular cargos o no”, informaron desde la oficina de Prensa del Poder Judicial.

El hecho

En un informe policial se relata que se observó a “una gran cantidad de personas ocasionando disturbios y queriendo ingresar a un domicilio a la fuerza” de la manzana T del barrio. Una mujer contó a los policías que un hombre fue herido con un arma de fuego en el tórax y que fue trasladado al Hospital San Luis, dedicado desde que abrió el Ramón Carrillo, a pacientes pediátricos.

Los uniformados se entrevistaron con una profesional del nosocomio, quien relató que el hombre fue ingresado al hospital sin signos vitales e identificado como Javier Páez de 38 años. Se constató que el cuerpo presenta “una herida de fuego intraclavicular en tórax izquierdo, con orificio de entrada”.

Finalmente, los policías entrevistaron a familiares de Páez, quienes aseguraron que el asesino se retiró en moto luego de cometer el crimen y que saben quién cometió el hecho, “pero en el momento no se encuentran en condiciones de hablar”.
