El Centro Médico para afilados y afiliadas a la Obra Social del Estado Provincial está cada vez más cerca de su concreción. Desde el Ministerio de Obras Públicas e Infraestructura ya lanzaron la licitación para su construcción, que tendrá un plazo de obra de 360 días corridos y un monto de inversión estimado de más de 654 millones de pesos. Estará ubicada en la avenida Lafinur, entre Pedernera y Junín.

El establecimiento tendrá una superficie total de 1831 m2, de los cuales más de 1600 m2 serán cubiertos. Contará con diez consultorios de clínica médica, cinco consultorios odontológicos, tres consultorios de oftalmología, un sector de enfermería, un área destinada a rehabilitación de pacientes, un laboratorio de análisis clínicos, farmacia y oficinas que incluirán una delegación de la Obra Social.

“Esto es un gran paso para DOSEP, son muy pocas las obras sociales provinciales que cuentan con sus propias clínicas, nosotros pasamos a ser la cuarta con la apertura del DOSEP Hospital Verónica Bailone en Villa Mercedes y ahora sumaremos otra más en la capital”, destacó el coordinador de la Obra Social, Ramiro González Belzunce. “Esto va a impactar en cientos de beneficios para nuestros afiliados y afiliadas, principalmente tener atención exclusiva, mayor facilidad en el acceso a turnos y menor tiempo de espera. Esto corresponde a la decisión política de nuestro Gobernador, de jerarquizar la obra social, de mejorar la cobertura en la salud de puntanos y puntanas”, agregó.

Si bien estará ubicada en la capital de la provincia, y beneficiará principalmente a las vecinas y vecinos de la ciudad de San Luis y alrededores, será un centro de salud para todos los afiliados y afiliadas de DOSEP.

Esta obra se suma a la política de revalorización de los edificios de DOSEP. En julio de este año la delegación de Villa Mercedes fue totalmente renovada. La obra consistió en la construcción de nuevas áreas, más amplias y funcionales, además del recambio de cielorrasos y mobiliario, entre otros trabajos. Demandó una inversión de más de $29 millones. En esa misma ciudad, además, está emplazado el DOSEP Hospital Verónica Bailone, la primera clínica propia de la Obra Social.

En la capital la casa central todavía continúa en obra, actualmente en la última etapa. Con un monto de inversión que supera los $78 millones, se llevan adelante demoliciones, reparaciones, remodelación y mantenimiento general, junto con nuevos sanitarios y ampliaciones. “El principal objetivo era lograr una mayor funcionalidad y adaptarla a los nuevos conceptos de trabajo de espacios abiertos, como sucede en Terrazas del Portezuelo, que permiten el intercambio y el trabajo en equipo de manera funcional y práctica”, explicó el coordinador. El segundo y el primer piso ya fueron terminados y los trabajos actualmente se concentran en la planta baja, donde además se están ampliando los metros cuadrados, con un nuevo hall de acceso cubierto.
