La denuncia penal la firman Patricia Bulrrich, Fernando Iglesias y Sabrina Ajmechet. Apuntan contra el presidente Alberto Fernández y los 18 mandatarios que avalan no acatar el fallo del máximo tribunal.

Luego de la medida cautelar de la Corte Suprema que exige al Poder Ejecutivo nacional la devolución de fondos coparticipables a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, la presidenta del PRO, Patricia Bullrich, junto a los diputados nacionales macristas Fernando Iglesias y Sabrina Ajmechet, presentará una denuncia penal contra el Gobierno y contra 18 mandatarios provinciales por el delito de sedición y traición a la Patria.

En la denuncia, los firmantes se hacen eco de lo resuelto por el máximo tribunal en su fallo, y al respecto sostiene que «no implica, de ninguna manera, detraer fondos de coparticipación de las provincias».

«No pueden desconocer los denunciados, por las funciones que ejercen, que los montos en cuestión no fueron nunca destinados por la ley a las provincias en general, pues se trata de porcentajes de coparticipación correspondientes al Gobierno Federal y a la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, asignados a las funciones de seguridad y cuya transferencia se efectuó por convenio, como perfectamente explica la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación», sostuvieron.

En este sentido, refutan al Gobierno nacional al señalar que «no es cierto que el fallo sea de cumplimiento imposible, porque solo se trata de la reasignación del destino de los fondos en cuestión, que, reiteramos, hacen a la coparticipación federal y no a otras asignaciones presupuestarias».

«Está claro entonces que el documento emitido por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional solamente indica el modo de justificar y encubrir la decisión tomada de NO CUMPLIR CON LA SENTENCIA dictada por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación en uso de su competencia originaria y exclusiva», concluyen Bullrich, Iglesias y Ajmechet en la denuncia.

«Desobedecer el fallo de la Corte Suprema es desobedecer el orden constitucional», aseguraron.
