El gobernador, Alberto Rodríguez Saá, le tomó juramento a Marcelo Amitrano quien se hizo cargo del Ministerio de Producción; y a Claudio Latini como responsable del Ministerio de Seguridad. La ceremonia se llevó a cabo en el Salón de la Puntanidad con la presencia de los miembros del Gabinete provincial, legisladores y funcionarios provinciales y municipales, autoridades de las fuerzas vivas, invitados y familiares de los flamantes integrantes del equipo de Gobierno de la provincia.

El ex vicerrector de la Universidad Nacional de Los Comechingones, Amitrano, tiene 49 años, es licenciado en Relaciones Internacionales, máster en Relaciones Internacionales y en Estudios Políticos Aplicados (España). Además de tener la diplomatura en Políticas de Estado, Gestión de Crisis, Educación Superior y Derechos Humanos. Fue ministro de Educación de la provincia, luego asumió como concejal y tuvo dos mandatos como diputado provincial por el departamento Pueyrredón; se desempeñó como presidente del bloque de Diputados del Partido Justicialista; y fue docente en el Instituto Superior de Seguridad Pública.

El comisario, Claudio Latini, actualmente se desempeñaba como subjefe de la Policía de la Provincia. El delegado de la fuerza, de 50 años, egresó de la Escuela de Oficiales de la Policía en 1992. Tuvo diversos cargos, como jefe del Cuerpo de Tránsito de la Policía Caminera y de Operaciones de la Policía.

Tras la jura de ambos funcionarios, el gobernador Alberto Rodríguez Saá les deseo a todos “unas felices fiestas, en paz, en amor, con la familia y que el año que viene en todo el mundo sea mejor que este año y auguró que “en San Luis va a ser mejor y será el año de la unión de los argentinos y de la unión de todo el pueblo de San Luis”.

Marcelo Amitrano, señaló: “Un orgullo volver a trabajar en este equipo de Gobierno y con mucha ansiedad por querer empezar”, fue lo primero que dijo el titular de la cartera productiva quien dejó entrever cómo será su gestión: “Mucha escucha, mucha participación, construir una agenda productiva de la Provincia con vista para adelante generando la mayor cantidad de oportunidades”.

Visiblemente emocionado, Claudio Latini agradeció “a los efectivos policiales por el trabajo que hacen día a día porque es impresionante”, y pidió “que me sigan apoyando y trabajando fuerte. Que sean el puño que abraza y no que golpeen”. Asimismo, ponderó los recursos con que cuenta el Ministerio y aseguró que se continuarán con las políticas que se venían desarrollando: “Continuará el diálogo y será más abierto que nunca”.
