Desde la oficina de prensa del Poder Judicial difundieron un comunicado de La Unidad de Gestión Fiscal de la Tercera Circunscripción Judicial, sobre las medidas efectuadas en el marco de la investigación por el violento hecho de robo ocurrido este sábado en Cerro de Oro.

Al respecto, autoridades de la Fiscalía comunicaron que se trabaja en el lugar, recabando datos, entrevistando a testigos, analizando cámaras de seguridad y rastrillando la zona.

Asimismo, Policía Científica de la ciudad de San Luis, recolectó variadas muestras, que serán analizadas en laboratorio.

En la vivienda se encontraban cuatro adultos, todos ellos con domicilio en la ciudad de Vicuña Mackena, provincia de Córdoba. Se trata de dos matrimonios. Uno de ellos, propietario de la casa ubicada entre calles Cedrón y Manzanilla, de Cerro de Oro.

Respecto de la persona fallecida, se trata de una mujer de 69 años, y se aguardan los resultados de la autopsia para poder determinar la causa de muerte. Los otros tres ocupantes de la vivienda, continúan en observación en el Hospital «Madre Catalina Rodríguez» de la Villa de Merlo, pero se encuentran fuera de peligro.

Según lo que informó uno de los damnificados, los asaltantes eran dos hombres que ingresaron encapuchados y con un arma de fuego. Que gatillaron pero que, aparentemente, el arma no tenía balas.

Pasaron alrededor de 24 horas hasta que una vecina dió aviso a las autoridades policiales, al advertir que no se veía movimiento en la casa y que el vehículo de sus vecinos se encontraba con las ruedas desinfladas.

Al llegar al lugar, los efectivos encontraron a sus ocupantes maniatados. «Es necesario aclarar que las personas damnificadas se encuentran en estado de shock y aún no podemos confirmar sus dichos», indicaron desde Fiscalía.

Intervinieron en el operativo: efectivos de la División de Investigaciones; División Homicidios y División de Inteligencia Criminal de la ciudad de San Luis y de la UROP III; Comisaría N°42; Bomberos de la Policía; Bomberos Voluntarios Merlo; y la Fiscal Adjunta, Dra. Silvina Argüello.
