DETUVIERON A 2 PENITENCIARIOS POR LA CAUSA DE NARCOTRÁFICO EN LA CÁRCEL DE SAN LUIS
La Policía local realizó la detención de dos agentes penitenciarios que estarían implicados en la causa que investiga el accionar de una organización delictiva que transportaba y comercializaba estupefacientes y cuyo líder operaba desde el Servicio Penitenciario Provincial.
Además, desde el Servicio se dispuso el paso a disponibilidad a cinco agentes penitenciarios para determinar o deslindar responsabilidades.
La Justicia Federal dispuso las acciones que fueron ejecutadas el miércoles 6 de septiembre por personal policial. Las medidas dictadas por la Justicia intentan determinar si los imputados son partícipes necesarios y secundarios en los delitos que prevé el artículo 5, inciso “C” de la Ley 23.737 en la modalidad de transporte de estupefacientes, agravado por intervenir en su comisión tres o más personas organizadas.
Además, se busca conocer si incurrieron en grado de autoría, en averiguación de la infracción a los artículos 248, 249 y 256 del Código Penal “en la modalidad de recibir, por sí o persona interpuesta, dinero o dádiva; o de aceptar promesa directa, para hacer y/o dejar de hacer prestaciones relativas a sus deberes funcionales”, esto en beneficio de la banda anteriormente citada.
En tanto e independientemente de las acciones determinadas por la Justicia Federal, desde el Servicio Penitenciario se dispuso relevar y pasar a disponibilidad a cinco agentes penitenciarios, para determinar o deslindar responsabilidades respecto de su accionar en torno a la mencionada organización y a los fines de brindar todas las herramientas necesarias que permitan desarrollar una investigación que pueda dar con todos los responsables.
