AMPLÍAN LA LISTA DE OBRAS SOCIALES CUYOS AFILIADOS DEBEN PAGAR UN PLUS POR ATENCIÓN MÉDICA
El presidente del Círculo Médico de San Luis, Alberto Risolo, indicó que el problema de cobras un plus a los afiliados a obras sociales y prepagas es “porque no están cubriendo 100% de la prestación”.
“La pregunta va hacía por qué las obras sociales y prepagas no están cubriendo el 100% de la prestación como es su contrato con los afiliados y de ahí surge la diferencia de que los afiliados tienen que abonar un adicional porque la empresa no lo está haciendo”, agregó.
Y pidió que el enojo de la gente sea contra su empresa u obra social contratada porque “ninguna se fundió en este 2023, es decir, que no puedan pagar a los médicos para sus prestaciones, nosotros comprendemos el enojo de la gente”.
Risolo remarcó que “hasta un cierto momento podemos absorber el costo de las prestaciones y la inflación, todo, pero llega un momento que se hace insostenible y tuvimos que comenzar con este adicional, no hay provincia que no lo cobre”.
Y continuó con el detalle de que las obras sociales y prepagas “a veces no pagan o nos deberían pagar el día 10 y nos pagan el veinte y nosotros igual prestamos el servicio, pese a la tardanza no pagan tampoco con interés”.
También informó que desde el Círculo Médico propone una lista de las distintas prácticas y el valor de la consulta a sus socios.
“Nosotros cuando acordamos esos copagos hacemos los recibos y eventualmente se lo reintegran, hay algunas empresas que deciden debitar, encima que no cubren el 100% de la prestación, ante un recibo deciden restarle eso al médico, entonces el Círculo Médico en ese caso le suspende el servicio a esa obra social y lo que hace el médico es no recibir la obra social como parte de pago sino directamente cobrarle el 100% del valor de la prestación al paciente particular y que se lo reintegren al valor que sale”, especificó Risolo.
Y sentenció: “Nosotros competimos con la salud pública que si vas no pagas nada y a pesar de eso la gente elige la medicina privada por eso este adicional no es que uno cobre lo que a uno se le ocurra porque uno compite, no solamente con nuestros propios colegas sino contra la estructura del hospital público”.
