VILLA MERCEDES: PUSIERON AL RESGUARDO A UNA MENOR TRAS UNA DENUNCIA DE LA MADRE
Desde la Comisaría 40° de Villa Mercedes, informaron que entre la noche del domingo y la madrugada del lunes un hombre acudió a esa dependencia policial debido a que un grupo de vecinos intentaron golpearlo.
Posteriormente, en la zona norte del barrio Eva Perón 2, una mujer manifestó que ese sujeto había intentado abusar de su hija menor de edad. En ese momento el individuo quedó demorado por estar sindicado como supuesto autor del hecho.
Por orden del fiscal de Instrucción, Dr. Maximiliano Bazla, personal policial trasladó a la madre y a su hija menor hasta la Fiscalía para llevar a cabo los protocolos pertinentes.
Además, se realizaron los correspondientes exámenes a la menor y, en ese sentido, desde la fiscalía de turno manifestaron que personal médico constató que la menor no tenía lesiones ni signos de abuso.
Después de las actuaciones realizadas, el sujeto que estaba demorado fue puesto en libertad por orden de la Justicia.
Asimismo, desde la Justicia se dispuso que la menor quede al resguardo de familia solidaria y no de su madre.
