La Policía rescató a un niño que era transportado ilegalmente hacia Mendoza

En el cruce de Desaguadero la Policía comprobó que el menor viajaba de manera ilegal hacia Mendoza. El lunes su madre, de 26 años, fue detenida en un control antinarcóticos en EDIRO.

La madrugada del miércoles la Policía de la provincia pudo dar fin a la odisea de un pequeño de 9 años, que era sacado de la provincia luego de la detención de su madre en un procedimiento anti narcóticos en EDIRO. Al llegar al puesto limítrofe de Desaguadero, los efectivos comprobaron que el menor no viajaba de manera legal, ya que sus padres no estaban en el auto y los ocupantes no tenían autorización.

Inmediatamente derivaron al niño a la Comisaría de la Niñez -Cenaf-, mientras que los demás ocupantes se dirigieron a la Comisaría de Balde, para una averiguación de antecedentes.  «El niño nos refirió que uno de ellos era su tío -hermano del padre-, pero al no tener la documentación que acreditara tal parentesco y al no llevar con ellos una autorización expresa de los tutores tuvimos que detenerlos”, informó el jefe de la Comisaría local.

Tras detectar que el menor era hijo de la mujer detenida el lunes, los sospechosos informaron que el auto se dirigía a Mendoza, donde vive el padre del pequeño. Sin embargo, al ser consultado el hombre negó que tuviera interés en el pequeño, por lo que optaron derivarlo a casa de su abuela con su otro hermano.
