Villa Mercedes: Alan Guzmán pasó a indagación y se abstuvo a declarar

El joven de 19 años fue imputado de asesinar a Cristian Gil a puñaladas en una pelea a la salida del boliche Barrio Bajo. El domingo se presentó ante las autoridades y ayer tuvo su primer encuentro con el juez Alfredo Cuello, aunque se negó a declarar.

Luego de que Alan Guzmán se presentase en la Comisaría 24° de Villa Mercedes y fuera formalmente detenido, ayer martes debía encontrarse con el juez de Instrucción Alfredo Cuello. Sin embargo, en la primer indagatoria el joven de 19 años se abstuvo a declarar. El juez ya lo imputó como el autor del homicidio de Cristian David Gil, de 22 años, luego de que Guzmán lo apuñaló a la salida del boliche Barrio Bajo causándole la muerte.

Tras recopilar testimonios de testigos y amigos de la víctima, el juez Cuello ordenó 3 allanamientos la noche del domingo: en uno encontraron prendas manchadas con sangre, y en el otro la presunta arma homicida. El cuchillo, de tipo daga doble filo, coincide con la herida mortal que tenía en el pecho Gil y fue hallado en casa de la abuela de Guzmán.

Alba Pereira fue la forense designada para el caso y le informó a Sebastián Tula, jefe de la División Homicidios, que Gil registraba tres puñaladas. Una herida fue hallada en el antebrazo, y podría haberse generado cuando Gil intentó defenderse. La segunda ingresó debajo de las costillas y la tercera, que fue mortal, en el tórax: estaba justo debajo de una de las tetillas del fallecido.

Testimonios

La versión que acercaron los amigos de la víctima a Cuello sostiene que el problema comenzó cuando un grupo de jóvenes, en el cual estaba incluido Guzmán, se acercó a Gil a pedirle un trago de alcohol. Ante la negativa del joven comenzaron las tensiones.

A la salida del boliche se encontraron a Guzmán y otros jóvenes a la vuelta de Barrio Bajo. En la disputa participaron dos chicas que estaban con el asesino arrojando botellas de vidrio. Varias personas advirtieron la pelea, aunque nadie llamó a la Policía. En un momento advirtieron que Guzmán sacó una punta, e instantes después le asestó 3 puñaladas a Gil. Los amigos del fallecido intentaron llevarlo por calle Betdeber, aunque a los 50 metros el joven se desplomó. Cuando llegó el personal de salud solamente pudieron constatar que el joven de 22 años había fallecido.
