Condena a Lázaro Báez y exabrupto de Parrilli

Para el senador kirchnerista la condena por corrupción del empresario «es un fallo racista»

En el mediodía de ayer, Lázaro Báez fue condenado a 12 años de prisión por la causa conocida como “ruta del dinero k” en la que se lo juzgó por lavado de dinero de una suma aproximada a los u$s 55 millones. Además de Báez, también fueron condenados sus cuatro hijos.

La pena que recibió Báez fue la misma que pidió la fiscalía y las que habían pedido las querellas que representan al gobierno nacional, siendo el pedido de 8 años y 6 meses, la Oficina Anticorrupción; 9 años, la Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF); y 8 años, la AFIP.

Pero el que dio la nota fue el senador kirchnerista Oscar Parrilli, quién consideró que: “A Lázaro lo condenan porque es morocho, porque es de tez oscura, porque era amigo de Néstor Kirchner, porque no forma parte del círculo de poder que integran los empresarios top de la Argentina”.

Para el senador, como para muchos de los que se alinean con el Frente de Todos, los casos de corrupción no son delitos, sino que conforman lo que llaman lawfare, un supuesto entramado judicial para la persecución política a través del armado de causas, por eso salió en defensa de Báez, y aprovechó la ocasión para pegarle a la justicia: “Siento mucha tristeza por esta desigualdad absolutamente arbitraria, racista, persecutoria y que demuestra la justicia o algunos sectores de la justicia que siguen haciendo gala de la persecución política a través de mecanismos judiciales”.

Más allá de lo que piense Parrilli, la causa avanzó, y como corolario del fallo, la justicia ordenó el decomiso de u$s 54.872.866 por la maniobra de lavado general y u$s 5 millones por la compra del campo “El Carrizalejo” en la provincia de Mendoza. En el caso de las firmas que poseía Báez, la justicia impuso una multa por el doble de las operaciones que estás tenían, alcanzando a Austral Construcciones, Top Air S.A., OACI S.A. y Real Estate Investment S.A. Para el tribunal, Lázaro Báez utilizó los fondos de la obra pública para hacer lavado de dinero.
